| Well at least things are getting a little more interesting. Still not much more, but things are happening. I'm eager to find out why exactly a plain jane like Nanako was chosen. Didn't expect Mariko to have a pornography writer for a dad, and I'm pleased that Aya got bitch slapped... I have a feeling Saint-Just has some romantic interest with Fukiko... that was probably stomped on. |
| Interesting ep.... I think im gonna like this. something is obviously "cooked" between those 3 big girls... I gotta say Saint-Juste is my favourite coz she reminds me of Lady Oscar ;-) all main characters are girls so expect alotta bitching ahead. |
| One look and I know Mariko is going to be evil Run Nanako. Although I do hope she surprises me and turns out to be Nanako's defender. Also, I really hope Tomoka stands by Nanako. I sense a lot of bullying coming. Kaoru no Kimi is awesome :D I think I let out a tiny "kyaa~" when she declined the sorority invitation. |

| I...I think I missed a few things. What are the qualifications to get into the Sorority? Is there any benefit to this beyond status in a school already notable for its status? Is there a reason why Nanako was outed? But yeah, uh, Tomoko is pretty awesome and I think I like Karou of the cast so far. She seems to be the most confident in herself out of the cast without appearing too demeaning or anything. I'm still trying to figure out why certain characters act in certain ways, but I suppose this is the type of show that'll eventually explain itself slowly. We even got a bit of Mariko's back ground in this episode, though the most I can do is make assumptions regarding how her father may or may not contributed to her present personality. That aside, the animation and art are as crisp as ever, and I'm particularly liking the show's use of shadow. So far so good. |

| saint juste's reaction to miya, damn i want to know what happened! he looks fucking terrified of her, traumatized. and the way miya smiles without moving her face, how one eye gradually disappeared during a revelation scene (a bit of a horror factor) and when she said her one veto will ensure she will never get picked... power, son, that's goddamn power right there. mariko may be a wee little of a bitch but holy sh*t! she exposed her right in front of everyone, my god, GIRLS are f*king scary! boys would settle it with a punch and a kick, girls decide to dish out the secrets from their weaves... mariko may be one of my favorite characters, she's so dynamic and i have a feeling she's going to be evil or possessive later on. this is the kind of anime where you just have your hand on your mouth the whole time from disbelief, i know i did during the whole candidate fiasco. even under a blanket, i got chills and teared up periodically. at the end, i closed my eyes, listening to that noice ED. seriously smashing. the overdramatic mood doesn't make me laugh. it's welcomed in my mind. to me, it imitates how one would read the manga. momentous pauses that make you want to turn the page. simply said, this anime is delicious. bon appetit, harlots! |
| Mariko keeps getting creepier with each episode. Who the hell bites their lips to make them look red? What is she, The Joker? Dat Ninja running doe. Sometimes it feels like I'm watching a stage play, with how over the top the drama gets in this show. |
| I don't know how it's going to develop from here on but based on the first two episodes this is pathetic. It feels like seeing Versailles no Bara in a school setting, we need a revolution here to straighten out that terrible institute that dares to call itself a school. These girls aren't going to school for education but for some sort of fashion parade. This anime shows quite well why uniforms are necessary and why schools should have proper rules and not leave everything upto student bodies to govern. Kaoru is the only one I find interesting so far. |

| Intially found Mariko suspicious with her clingy obsession on Nanako (perhaps that has something to do with her dad's job by what causes her to have no friends), but I hope she won't turn into an antagonist and instead a good friend. Besides that it was pretty satisying to see her bitch slap that jealous Misaki. Seems like Saint-juste and Kaoru have some issues with the Sorority which makes me fear what's going to happen with our plane-jane mc Nanako. |

| Mariko's dad is a porn writer? I knew she was sus. Her confronting that lawyer daughter was already a nice melodramatic moment. Can't wait for more of that. Nanako became a big fat target of envy. Episode flew by fast. I definitely enjoy the competitive element here. On the character front there's Kaoru who has the potential to be my favorite. |

| So that is how she knew her "brother", what a weirdo. Mariko already delivering a little chaos and some slapping. Despitw how predictable it could have been I did got shocked when they picked Nanako, lol. Happy Tomoko just got a little angry and nothing else or at least right now. |
