| I think it’s meant to show the illusion of being in the online world, hence why we see all the girls in there vtuber models instead of irl selfs. That and I imagine the studio were just too lazy to want to make real models |

His question was "why other people don' have faces in this anime?" that doesn't mean he doesn't like the series or anything close to that, he can be genuinely curious as to why people are drawn like that instead of being drawn like people. His question makes perfect sense, your comment was a complete non-sequitur. Being scored above 7 doesn't mean something is a good show or not, MAL score is completely irrelevant to the quality of a series.
