| Ok, so we can see how Michiru's sister wants to know about everything that she does (also some fanservice with the bath scene), I don't know if she is actually very worried or has some kind of obsession with her sister Michiru, but with that face she does when she hears Michiru talking about Miko tells me it's the second option. And now to do what Romm said of taking photos Miko needs to do it without Michiru knowing, stalking the stalker, heh. Then suddenly Michiru appears and takes Miko to confront her because she noticed the photos and Miko can't say the truth, poor Miko. Miko says that she has been doing it because Michiru is beautiful and Michiru says she feels the same as her lol. And then the tentacles enter in Miko's mouth (the doujins are writting themselves). | Unlike the anime with a few low butt potential pantie shots, which forced the subtle perverse fan-service which the manga never had... I'm surprised the manga is now jumping at it themselves with a full nude shot of the sisters with smoke of the shower's humidity for censoring. I never felt this manga had that potential subtle sexiness, so it's a bit weird for being unecessary, but whatever. On Topic, I still believe Michiru is somehow possessed, but who knows how exactly, and how much of herself is she if at all. It feels like a part of the original is possibly there, or she has an odd personality regardless as an obsessive stalker, but even odder is Michiru's older sister, called You. It didn't cross my mind, but as MegamiRem above is feeling... the older sister indeed may be involved with Michiru having a spirit enveloped on her. ... It's disturbing how the older sister is obsessive herself to her younger sister as her Manager, wanting to know everything about her, with the apparent excuse of protection of her sister being a model. Although, with now the theory that she could be the cause of the possessing spirit, I wonder if the older sister is also possessed. Either by the same or a sibling spirit that is watching over the spirit that Miko can see on Michiru... but on second thought, that wouldn't make sense. Nonetheless, the older sister could be the cause of unleashing a spirit onto her younger sister, and now watching over her for whatever reason... Love the continuing mysteries of this story. Terrifying that the older sister, You listened through the door of Michiru speaking about Miko to her pet caterpillar. I wonder if Miko indeed has a talent for stalking "like a detective" as she claims, excluding this case, where she can't see Michiru's face to distinguish danger of being seen. Regardless, I'm not surprised Michiru noticed Miko secretly taking her pictures (for Romm). Love the yuri-misunderstanding she caused by using the excuse of doing it because she's pretty. Then, shockingly, Michiru revealed of feeling the same way, with her tentacle spirit developing several eyes while turning bigger, with one tentacle going into Miko's mouth (... on second thought in regard to the manga going sexual fan-service, it has shown lewd scenes with tentacles before and spirits overall groping Hana) ... Fortunately Miko seems to have been saved temporarily for classmates finding and telling Michiru to go to the staff, but Michiru is now dragging Miko with her... I feel like she'll try to get themselves alone again. Eager as always for the next chapter, even though it's hard to clearly remember everything when I first binged it, since it's monthly releases. |

Remember, not all of these "horrifying entities" seem to be harmful, it's possible miko's ability is twisting their appearance to her. |

| Rereading this for the fourth time. Lesbian or not, or simply a troubled young woman in Michiru who yearns for love in a person like Miko who she thinks comprehends and accepts her (which Miko kinda does), because they also have a lot in common. Michiru's character is incredible for her complexity. A troubled individual for living solely with her older sister who's her manager, with a strict modeling career and (incoming Chapter 49 Spoiler) Including, her older sister, You, being another troubled individual with her own issues of abandonment issues for fear of losing her little sister which is why she's so controlling and possessive of her sibling. Although, we don't know what they did in their past yet. People may be turned off or disinterested in a mysterious ominous character like Michiru, but I personally adore her character and arc. Whether she's falling in love with Miko as a lesbian or loves her deeply unromantically, I am loving the development of their relationship. It's a funny misunderstand on Michiru's part, but it's also bittersweet being aware of how difficult her life is, while not knowing the full extent of her dark past, and what "evil" is in her that attracts this monster that was unleashed from the cracked boulder of the shrine of the past. It's actually sad and tragic how negatively affected as people Michiru and You are, as individuals, and sisters. Just as Zen-sensei was saved, Michiru and You will be saved themselves one day. |

| @PiizzaPoser I've actually come to adore this Manga as a top favorite and possibly an all time classic depending on what the next arcs and eventual finale will be like, which I'm sure will be great. The rare moments of ecchi or fanservice are very uncommon or subtle which doesn't take away from the story like other Manga. Regardless, surprisingly this story is really sophisticated from not only Miko's journey and development as a future helpful exorcist/medium, but also the people she saves, and the bonds of friendship she attains. It is fucking incredible. And it only continues to get better, now on the early stages of the third arc. The second with Michiru was beautiful. So many heartfelt lovely moments, and a lot of epic scenes, with more remaining mystery to Miko's future and other things. I love this Manga! It's become a clear strong top favorite to me. Again, at this rate, probably an all-time classic. Excellent writing. |
