| The fight against the Silver Storm Parasite Enders reaps its second round as Kanata, Noir and the other Drifter-Magus Coffins continue to coniain the Enders, but everything that they're doing is not progressing well against the core. With all hope lost, Noir reconsiders her contract with Kanata, but forcefully and wllingly switches to her alter ego Mystere, which doesn't give Kanata the light of day and is capable of Magus Skills left and right to defeat the core by herself, stopping the Silver Storm and then vanishing without a trace. Aside from Range and Dolce getting their Team Rocket-like just desserts, Michael getting whisked away by his servants with his Magus Bob giving Flamme his bouquet of flowers. But as Tokio wastes away with alcohol right underneath Ellie's home, Mystere wakes up after quite a while, who only knows how to call Kanata a hack. And above all, she hates the idea of being the dud's servanthood. As Ciel overhears Macht and Schnee's plan of Project Pascale and the Key, it seems that between Noir and Mystere, one of them would be the Key, as Tokio witnesses the both of them, but couldn't give chase. Onwards to Part 2 coming in Winter next year. For now, this is a mediocre start. |

| That's it? It is the final leg in the battle against the Silver Storm. No one is left unscathed and though Kanata refuses to give up, even the upgraded DAISYOGRE is desperately struggling. As everyone fights desperately, Noir wrestles with the thought of whether she truly contributes to Kanata's power. When her emotions reach their peak, a change comes over Noir. With the defeat of the storm, Rock Town returns to its usual state. However, Noir's enigmatic and shadowy demeanor creates a divide between her and Kanata, leaving him grappling to comprehend her. Simultaneously, Ciel is compelled to continue her mission. This marks a temporary lull in the story's progression. I might consider giving Part 2 a look during winter. I'm curious to see how the story unfolds further. However, when it comes to establishing the main plot, Part 1 fell short for me. 2nd Cour PV: |

| Welp that’s a wrap on the first half finale. We finally got confirmation a few days ago that part 2 is coming, I’m really excited for that and the game. Kind of a mixed bag in the finale though.The action was great, Noir alter reveal was cool, but I felt the final battle kind of fizzled out at the end. I’m also still pretty confused on the whole histoire and key thing. They’ve got a lot to do in 12 episodes and I hope they can pull it off because I do love the characters and premise. Speaking of Noir Alter aka Mystere, total contrast to Noir’s passive and quiet demeanour. Seems like she lost her previous drifter. Something’s got to be holding Noir back, because she’d never abandon Kanata. Michael getting kidnapped by an army of bodyguards had me dying 😂 dude had flowers in his hand and everything. Poor fella Ciel is still haunted by the ghost of her past it seems:/ she just wants to be by Kanata’s side, but someone’s in her head(probably a former master?) telling her she’s just a doll. Need her to find happiness. Macht and his Magus’ quest for the key is gonna be the main conflict of part two. Looking forward to finally getting some answers. |

| Very good explanation actually. Noir being the "safe mode" is completely logical, as her inability to do most "normal tasks". Because she is literally a safe mode where only the essential capabilities are enabled. Hence they even said that nothing was wrong with her. Liked the episode. |

| NOOOO i want pure innocent Noir back. 7/10 for the first part imo. CGI wasn't the best(well it's not Orange studio) but it looks decent enough for me. Story was intriguing, chemistry between characters was build well. The comedy was really funny imo, it hit when i wasn't expecting it at all. I'm actually okay with it being split cour, take all the time to make it looks better. See you again in January 2024. |

| So Noir is a safe mode and Mystere is the og personality? They are the opposite of each other for sure, even their apperance. Though I like Mystere, she seems amusing. That white hair guy was the one kidnapping type zero magus? Damn. Also Tokio knows him, curious to know how they are related. Pretty nice first cour with some build ups for the next cour. Pacing could have been better but otherwise I liked it. Looking forward to cour 2 in winter. |

Winter Next Year? They announced the date to be in January 2024, not December 2024.

| Mystere isn't bad but no reason to be such an ass, I wonder if she will warm up to Kanata a bit. Noir needs to be back as well. At least there is a reason now to have Ciel ride too. Overall it was solid so I am looking forward to Part 2. |
| I've been thinking about this for a while now, but the story feels like a mix of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Darling in the Franxx, with Noir/Mystere being conceptually very similar to the legendary aegis, everyone living in small colonies, and the mechs being operated by two humanoids. Not that I'm complaining. |

| What a way to end things....but the biggest is that Noir is actually a badass black chick with red eyes that is cocky as fuck. Who knew that was the true form all along. Let's ope they stick to this as it was clear Noir wasn't the real form and this is her real form. Kanata is going to have to learn to handle this and not ask for Noir back. This was such a good watch. I will say the final battle did kind of sizzling out at the end though. I agree with everyone there. We have yt to make any progress on Historie but I hope Mystre sticks around. 9 out of 10. I can't wait for the second part! |

This continues to be all over the place. Introducing more plot twists and not closing basic ones? Try giving us answers before opening a bunch of new questions. Don’t think I’m hanging around for the next installment.

| Mystere kinda cute ngl. also strong as hell, really wanna know more about her situation and her master before. As much as I like Noir, it would be cool if Kanata could find a way to work together with Mystere. Whatever it is, still kinda stinks its all gonna have to wait for the 2nd core :/ I'll be waiting. |

| So Noir is just the "safe mode", which is almost certainly the key reason behind her locking herself away and viewing herself as a "dud", while Mystere is her fully operational self. She's pretty sexy too. Best ending would be finding a way to split both Noir and Mystere into separate bodies. Vanilla and chocolate, you know?  Pretty interesting anime so far, keeping in mind it obviously isn't finished yet. The setting and atmosphere has a lively vibe to it, and the characters are pretty much always entertaining. It's one of the more eclectic anime I've watched, and I mean that in a good way. Just wish the plot wan't so haphazard in delivery, because it was hard to follow from the start. At least the second cour should plant its feet a bit more, and answer a few questions. |
