| Tbh, this anime has a lot of energy and Helck is filled with charisma for his character. This is yet another epsiode that showcases that, so no wonder he has gotten popular. Episode also shows more of Vermilio and her temper. Yikes. Not someone to easily mess with. Idk what direction the story is going but this episode just had so much energy. |

| but seriously, what is the point of a "horse race" if you don't even ride a horse? you compete in your skill as a jockey not in how fast you yourself can run. and of course, providing one of the participants with a weird cat and calling it a horse is a huge "fuck you" to both the competitors and the audience, lol. sorry for nitpicking, it was a pretty fun episode overall, just the way the tournament was organized bugged me a little |

| This show seems like the perfect mix of comedy and plot. Silly and a good time, but also world building to keep you locked in and curious about what’s going on in the world. The angels/winged knights are really interesting, I’m really curious about what happened to the humans in the human realm. Maybe something turned them into those white knights ? Either way we should find out some answers next week with the raid on the castle. Can’t wait. |

| Regardless of the challenges thrown at Helck, the man remains unfazed. With a wide grin on his face, he effortlessly breezes through each one. It's no wonder the crowd adores him. Azudra attempted to sound tough, but in reality, this guy is just a step away from collapsing. However, the plan to test them by confronting the winged knights is quite clever. Let's see how Helck and the others fare with Anne by their side. Those winged foes seem like they'll put up a tough fight. |

| Looks like the other attempt at making Helck lose didn't work, but maybe the plan to get him to attack what are supposedly humans could. Vamirio doesn't look too excited about having to tag along. |

| Now, we've seen some classic horse races, but I bet not a single one of them had something like the contestant himself running alongside with the ride, that is the horse lol. Though be it that way, Helck winning in the end is what matters. Nice idea for the finale too, they could take back the demon castle as well as could know what's the deal with those winged knights that way. And hey Helck's loyalty could be tested that way as well, so yeah. Wasn't much fan of Vermilio's screaming last episode but that has changed, in fact it's the voice work which is bringing out such humour. Looking forward and really liking this so far. |

| I like Helck but I think Vermililo is really selling me on the show. The horse race was kind of dumb but I can't wait for to see how this final fight will play out at Castle Urum. |

| The comedy hit much better this time around, and the episode felt much more of a fun time than the premiere, with the ridiculous horse race, and the plot remains interesting as Helck's motives remain unknown. Vermilio is still really loud, not obnoxious, but not sure how to feel about her at the moment. Good episode overall though. |

| Actually enjoying the character, story and humor a lot. Helck giving the kitty mount a pep talk, then RUNNING haha. Gold! Azudra - now THAT is how a smart demon should be. His entire plan is a win-win, down to having Vermillion as the stop gap / watcher / insurance policy. I adore intellectual characters that can actually weaponize their smarts. Win! Pity about the lack of animation budget, the character designs aren't the best, nor the backgrounds. Wish this were better drawn / animated because the rest of the bones on what makes an anime appealing are right there! |

| What a delightful show this is turning out to be! The humor is on point, the voice acting is super engaging, and the animation is pretty good. But I am really digging the OST so far. The score is as varied and over the top as the show is, and it adds so much to every scene. So good. Edit: And then I looked it up and found out it is the same composer who did the music for Edens Zero, the 2011 Hunter x Hunter, and Death Note. So, that tracks. |

Vermilion still as cute as ever with her anger. Tho no blow the room this time because Yoshitsugu character comes out of his dang injury to explain the final segment of this demon lord selection arc. Vermilion accompanying the gang, and her looks already solid with that handshake. Let's wish them good luck... |

| Another good episode where the comedy is entertaining, albeit a little predictable but still not bored with it. And on the other hand we got the more serious part that's coming, them fighting out who will be the new ruler of the castle and those winged knights which I am looking forward to. Helck and Vermilio also finally met each other, excited to see how their dynamic will play out. Animation felt a bit meh to me, hopefully it improves next episode. |

| I like it so far, the pacing feels nice and the voice acting is so good. And I'm grateful we didn't get the Shaman King 2021 quality with the animation lol. |

| That cat-horse was too adorable. I enjoyed the scenes with the race. Thought the scene where that one character threw up blood was unexpectedly funny. I can't wait for the action scenes in the next episode |
| I'm liking watching Vermilio lose her temper and her reactions when her plans fail, also her facial expression when Helck offered a handshake towards the end, lol. The gag humor is funny and Helck as a MC works with his charisma, I wonder how long before Vermilio warms up to him. |
