| Shori's parents huh? Well this was rough but also kinda expected. I do like how Shiori was able to control her feeling but also feeling angry about her parents. They should be more understaning about her relationship with Ichiro. |

| well it was nice to see the bittersweet relationship between shiori and her mother also the father seriously loves his wife more than his daughter wanted to know who were those extra with the family though |

| Well this highlighted a lot or the relationship between mother and daughter which needs some work from the looks of it. Her mother makes assumptions to fast but she does seem to want the best for her daughter which also explains the behaviour of her daughter a bit. For now it seems to work out tho. |
| Well, yes, this ought to happen when you ignore all the calls and all that from your mom ... she eventually drops at your doorstep unexpectedly, ready to war and rock your shit, lol. Fortunately, it was all bark and no bite, and as expected, Shiori's parents are pretty chill actually ... well, the dad at least, lol. |

| Shiori's Dad seems to be such a loving father its just a shame her mother is just ice cold and seemingly unwilling to let Shiori enjoy life and enjoy what makes her happy |
| “Mother you’re rude” lmaooo go Shiori go! Proud of her for standing up to her parents like that. Can be a very difficult thing to do but sometimes you’re parents are genuinely wrong and need to be called out. She wouldn’t have been able to do that without Kuga’s support. They truly make a wonderful pair Shiori’s dad you can tell is really nice but he just simps for his wife a little too much. You gotta call out your partner when they’re doing too much. At the end it was good to see an emotional little farewell. Shiori’s mom definitely loves her daughter she just is too protective. |

| Goshiki’s mom was as cold as ice, but in the end it all stems from being worried for her daughter so I can’t hate her too much lol, I also like how her dad was just kinda there for most of it, letting his queen go off I suppose. But thankfully they were convinced since Goshiki was able to show her progress on manga as well as the trick that annulling the engagement means they’d break up, it took some doing but it worked like a charm. But little does Goshiki’s parents know, Fumio and Machi’s little wish is indestructible so they are destined to lose out lol. And I guess the next step is to actually annul the engagement, I’m interested in seeing how that process works. |
| Things ended up okay somehow or another. Shiori's mother has a misunderstanding now but oh well. They have a year on their hand. Hope they use it well and next time they meet with the parents they'll be able to make them understand. |

| Shiori & Kuga are getting ready for a long talk the next day since the mother of Shiori showed up unannounced. Wow the mother of Shiori is so rude, even though Shiori has worked so hard with Kuga these past months. Some backstory of Shiori when she was little and reached 1st place and asked if she can play tag and her mother basically said "no". Shiori & Kuga are gonna annul the pact, even the mother and dad were surprised. They gave Shiori & Kuga 1 more year before the mom is gonna go take her home. I really hope that doesn't happen and that she stays. |

| I was really looking forward to the confrontation/talk between Kuga, Shiori and her parents, but was left fairly unsatisfied. I dunno, it just left a bit to be desired. |
| So the confrontation between Shiori and her mother finally happened and it kind of ended in a stalemate, with the father acting like a mediator. I'm glad that Ichiro mentioned that Shiori has been working hard and that she's good at what she does, and that seemed to help with the talk. Now with the annulment next I'm curious to see how that works. |

| The dreaded family meeting right in front of the house, but first, leaving Ichiro and his siblings a chance to recuperate and rest. Taking time to think about this, and Shiori's undoubtedly doesn't want to part with Ichiro, Fumio and Machi. Not especially after the topic of the stinger being the part to make or break the pact, and hopefully things would go well the day after. Leaving the siblings to Chihiro to take care of, the couple face the family nemesis, of which Miyako does not intend to give way. The stinger is rhe real issue, but she was about to go off-track with Ichiro stopping her, and the deeper they go, the more that Miyako will not approve of them. The fact that both mother and daughter didn't have an amicable relationship to start with, it's the same feeling with Ichiro. But running away from the issue isn't sound advice, and that's what she did to defy Miyako. But the misunderstanding that they're going to annul the Engagement Pact, Miyako thinking that both Ichiro and Shiori are going to break up, it's good for her while not for the couple. What Shiori has to prove for herself is the fact that she draws manga illustrations, and that is enough for the reasoning to give Shiori a year, no less, no more. Yeah...with such chill parents, the ordeal is over, at least for now. Yeah, I have to agree with the rest here: it's an romance, but really, a forced one that somehow has both leads having to drive each other towards love. Not that it's not pleasant, but forced romance usually doesn't turn out good. |

| I’m kinda curious what will happen if they finally are able to annul the pact. Will their feelings change or something? I mean there might be an enchanment if you got stung by the stinger. Hoping the next ep will get a better explanation and not feel rushed. |

| Now this kind of left a sour taste in mouth tbh. I mean they know they like each other, just the other episode they confessed as well, so why still insisting on annulling the pact? Isn't it better to let the things remain the way they're now?? Anyways evil mother wasn't really that evil in the end.. more like a tad too overprotective for her daughter. |
