| As expected Anya and others got Stella.But Anya learnt Damian's mother's thoughts at the end.Didn't expect it this dark. Seems like Melinda suffers from split personality or at least has conflicting thoughts about her son. On the other hand both of Anya's parents came.Good for her. |

| This chapter was going well with that happy-go-lucky atmosphere but then they'd have to bring a lunatic over.. and she's ticking all the parameters of abnormality. Hope Damian doesn't lose his sanity someday. Good to see though, Loid wasn't oblivious to this whole incident. |

| Damn, that moment of surprising relief that Damian's mother actually cares to suddenly quickly crash when we hear her full thoughts of her wishing he had died... wtf. Poor boy. Anya finally crying and hugging Yor was sweet and comforting to know that she's still only a child even if she's brave. I had to reread this short arc to remember how Becky and Bill were deserving, and I don't really think Bill was. Becky started the idea of knowing where they're headed to start their rescue with Anya learning of it, but Bill only calmed the class down a bit. I wonder what the next plot/arc will be. Nice of Damian to somewhat consider Anya as more of a friend now than before. |

| This chapter was really great enough to make you wait two weeks. I loved that Damian finally accepted her as his friend and Anya ruins that a little bit, as expected of her. "Friends look out for each other" Damian's saying these words made it much better imo. You can see that he learned a lot from his two friends, you brats want to make me cry? I think Damian has already paid off his debt to Anya and he got the recognition he deserves from Anya instead of his dad. I think when Damian decides to give the cake to Anya, she'll decide to share it with him like real friends. It's a big relief for Mr. Henderson and for us to see Anya who couldn't hold back her tears when her mother finally arrived, despite all the bombs being faked and the bandits caught. No wonder she came running all the way, Yor is acting like Yor after all..I love it. For me, the only unexpected thing about this chapter was the arrival of Loid and Melinda. I wonder what Loid will do when Anya gets home, tsuntsun Loid always hides his own anxiety but the stomachache seems to me to be due to extreme stress. The best part about this manga is that the bright panels end with the dark ones. Endo-san makes us think from Melinda's worried state that she loves her son in the first place, Then all those glowing emotions are turned upside down when Damian asks his mom not to tell his dad that he's crying. There may be many reasons why Melinda has such unstable emotions (maybe she's bipolar), but I can definitely say Donovan is the biggest reason. Here are my guesses about Melinda's feelings for Damian: 1- Just like a normal parent, she loves her own son, but she also hates him because he's also Donovan's son and his own son takes him as an idol and wants to be a politician. 2- "my treasure", "my curse" these words make me see Damian as a treasure as he helps her live a good life (money from donovan). The reason Damian is Melinda's "curse" may be because he's the only bridge between her and Donovan (This way we understand why she wished Damian was dead,she'd have no reason to put up with Donovan). |

| This was such a sweet chapter. Such a nice heartwarming chapter till the hard stop at the end. His mom clearly loves him but has some rough intrusive thoughts. |

If it was real life I would also consider her being bipolar or even schizophrenic but I doubt author would go route of mental illness (possible but very unlikely)... or maybe Loid being psychiatrist isn't just a gimmick but form of foreshadowing, his "job" was even mentioned this chapter. It would/could be cool. |

| Anya!! you were so! close! to being his friend!! very in character for her to basically blow it the second she succeeded π oh well, regardless of that, it seems like their relationship is improving. and I'm so proud of the kids getting Stella's! very well deserved. I'm glad that both Loid and Yor checked up on Anya. I expected nothing less from them. Melinda showing up did surprise me a bit. The chapter was pretty wholesome until them. Melinda's conflicting thoughts on Damien are... dark. I feel very bad for Damien. I'm interested to see where exactly these thoughts are coming from and when they started. Obviously, her dark thoughts were triggered when Damien mentioned his father, but her former thoughts weren't exactly "normal" either (even Anya compared her thoughts to Yuri, someone with an extreme sister complex). Can't wait for what's to come! Gotta wait for a month now for the next issue TT |
| I live for mama Yor & Anya's moments, it's always so heart warming to see how much Yor care about Anya and what a (over)protective mama she is with her! The moment where Anya break down in tears in Yor's arms really made my heart melt tbh. I'm also glad we finally have a tiny Yor & Damian interraction! It's been a long time he met Loid so, it's cool that he finally met Yor too! Melinda is so scary, the hug with her son was so gentle yet she switched to a psycho so fast... The first time we saw her, I really didn't know what to think about her weird attitude especially the way she was smiling in the car. I wasn't sure of her intentions nor her mental state but I really think she hate her husband. It feels like she was forced to marry him and the fact she have kids with him makes her now unable to run away from this relation, even if she divorce, the kids links them together for the rest of their lives. That's why, even though she loves Damian, she also wish he would have died so she can be free. At least, that's how I understood the situation, her intentions and thoughs really are difficult to read. It's obvious she is suffering from a mental illness tho, the may be bipolar or suffering from trauma? To this point, i'm pretty sure the smile on the car was meaning that she wants Yor to kill her husband. I can't wait to learn more about her true intentions. I'm so hype for the next chapter, I hope we can see more of her even a little bit! |

| The final conclusion and the aftermath of this intense hijacking arc! Of course, the ones who stood out from the children on the bus got Stella stars, this goes as far as Billy who attempted to negotiate for but a few seconds, that's enough for a stella star especially given how dire the situation ate. Second star for Anya, ez. This clearly shows just how strong Anya's mental and emotional state is during an emergency situation, even if she knows the collar bombs are fake, the situation in its entirety is as real as day. She only lost her cool when all is over and safe the moment she leaped into Yor's embrace. And of course, Loid himself is nearby before anyone even knew it. I am almost certain that if all else has failed, he'd be the one sweeping the floor for Anya's sake. Melinda came to pick up Damian, that's great until we came to know of Melinda's other personality??? What does she have a multiple personality disorder, or is her loathsome for Damian really that deep to even be conflicting against her motherly nature for her own child? If this is who Melinda is then how twisted is Donovan? Huh... The next chapter is a month from now... I mean for this series that's simply a single issue break, but since each chapter is published every 2 weeks, a single break means 4 weeks of a month. Bruh. I hope we see Anhya get pampered by loid and Yor for her accomplishment. |
