I'm a person with simple tastes and isn't very picky with what I'm watching so all ratings are based on my personal tastes.
Here's my rating list.

10: An absolute Masterpiece. This anime is either a really good adaptation of a manga I've read or an anime that holds a special place in my heart.

9: Amazing! Everything from the plot, characters, world-building, and development are all very well balanced. There may be a few bad things in it but the good things make you forget about it

8: Great! Overall a well-balanced anime. Its got its flaws but its good things make up for it

7: It's Good

6: Meh. It's not exactly bad but it's not exactly that good either. It's kinda right in the middle

5: Just OK. The flaws outweigh the good things, BUT the good things make it just OK

4: Bad. Everything about this anime is just bad. Usually only has about 1 thing that is done right. It's something I would have to force myself to watch

3: Very bad. Everything about it is just wrong. Nothing is done right and it's just one bad thing after another. I'll watch it just to make fun of it

2: Horrendous. Some of the worst things you could lay your eyes upon. Thinking about it alone makes me regret even attempting to watch it

1: Absolutely appalling. It's so bad that watching it made me bleach my eyes with holy water
