| Guys, the 8th was just stomping on the 5th left and right. There was no reason to believe that Arthur would've been so weak to lose against only one Infernal, sentient or not (heck, the point of the 8th is to get very capable people for their mission). He was always able to one-shot that guy, he's just a complete moron. It is not a "shounen power up" if he is always that strong, and there are any other factor beside that he is a delusional idiot. Is power is being a delusional idiot. It was played as both a joke and a way to show how strong he is and how stupid he is (they've been alluding to him being really really over the top stupid the whole episode, guys, and in some scenes in previous episodes too). He is stupidly strong, in more than one sense. This wasn't even an "important" fight for the overall plot or whatever. I didn't see people saying that Hinawa power is an asspull because it was just conveniet that he had the perfect way to shot the bubble guy, and that he won in a stupid shonen power up because he used sparks from the bullets to deviate them more. |

| Ehhh worst episode bu far. Animation was lazy |
| -Arthur was being such a LARPing autismo at the beginning of this episode. -The torture scene was pretty messed up, but was very hard to take serious. -Princess Hibana is so weird. She's such an edgy sadist. -Arthur trying to sound cool was pretty funny. Average episode. The sound effects and colors were really on-point as usual (I really loved Arthur's bright blue eyes in this episode). On the other hand, the fight scenes were mostly underwhelming IMO.  |

If you've read the manga you'd know how deep the story gets,it's going to be a 40+ episode anime so this is just a mid-start compared to what's coming, just stick with it and you'll see |

| That built it up like the 第5特殊消防隊 was some big scary organization, but they kind of just stormed in and destroyed them. So far every single fight has lacked any sense of danger, or at least that's what I've felt. It seems the leader of the 5th firefighter squad is a former "sister" and old mentor to アイリス. Also there's some old man who can super charge the 焔ビト, it seems they possess a lot of knowledge about them. |

| Bahahaha Arthur really is an idiot. xD So far this show is pretty average but is still keeping me interested. It might be asking a lot, but I hope the 8th actually fight together and use each others' skills to beat strong opponents like the OP suggests. Generic 1v1 fights are getting boring. |

| I never would have taken the captain of the 5th squad for a nun. It seems that for organizations that bear the same name, they are pretty violent with each other, some of them are even swearing death upon the other. Arthur is getting some redemption, I'm happy that the animation is not slacking off. |

| Iris past. Still she was useless until till episode. Her relations with Hibana kinda weak on that catedral. At the end, she just being used, really useless. Fortunately, she had Shinra that came to kick Hibana's ass so hard till she cried. Lets see. A lot of co leader action of power this episode. Yeah, interesting method he used to control the flaw of fire burnt on every weapon. Sounds cool, eh? Yeah, really cool as the pyrokinetic person that not directly control the fire itself. 5th division members were a complete garbage. I wonder, where was Obi? It seems fishy knewing his nature by so much obsession attacking 5th division base. Let see the next one... |

It looked like he was sniping mid-range while being covered by Maki. Oh and according to a military wiki a point blank range is about 3 ft. so yeah... lol i commented after checking what quickscoping is omegalul. pretty sure its different with what they did in this anime. from what I read, quickscoping still fulfil the basics of sniping like undercover, stealth, vantage point, etc. otherwise why would cod tutorial suggest you to switch to side arm anyway this anime is so old and dead I no longer remember the exact scene. not just this episode, the series just felt off in many levels. |

| Alright, that's what I'm talking about! The show is not blue balling us by having the battle between Division 5 and 8 be happening way, later on, they met in the last ep and in this ep, the battle has begun, right to the point! Sister Iris clearly has a personal connection to her older sister figure, Hibana since they used to be sister-in-training under the same church before, you can even see them being together from the ED. However so far, nothing but speculation can be made regarding their relationship and why the church's residents are all simultaneously combusted into infernals, all but apparently Iris and Hibana. Back to the battle, the show is really trying to make the audience hate on Hibana huh, well they're doing it well because the moment I see that bitch burn away Iris' clothing, oh damn, I hope Shinra plant a nice big foot-sandwich on her smug-assed face, that would be a wish come true! That along with her realizing how pathetic her division is against the 8th division 'nobodies'. Guess what, none of the 5th division members are even mentionable as proper opponents, they ALL are nothing more than meat-targets. I love Hinawa's aimbot abilities. |

| Yeah I'm gonna drop it, this ain't for me unfortunately. And I've watched bad things before ... But between the pacing, bad villains, idiot MCs who just stay there and not do anything, weak revelation that are supposed to be cool ? (he literally forgot which hand ???) and the chewing gum power ... which isn't remotely cool especially how it was shown. Dialogue is at best bad, and sometimes just horrible like it has been written by a 12 years old who believe in dark powers I'll pass I think |

| The humour in this show is not funny at all. A pretty generic shounen with many gaps. The only good thing about this show is the fan service. |

| things escalated very quickly, having different precincts or units brawl is going to get them in trouble i bet; that is unless they can get proof of the crazy stuff the 5th was doing. |
