Hey there, hope you don't mind me moving my response here from your thread (just didn't wanna keep a 4th of July thread going the day after, haha).

Yes, Monster is amazing! It was a slow burn for quite a while, but now it's really starting to pick up, and the twists are incredible. I'm definitely sensing a new favorite of mine in the works. :P

As for Kaleido Star, I wouldn't really consider it to be much of a slice of life like many of Satou's other works, but it's definitely a wonderful story worth checking out. It has its slow moments, but it all builds towards some of the most spectacular finales I've ever seen. As I said before, bear in mind that it's a highly unrealistic depiction of circus acts, but that's not really where the focus of the show should be for the viewer. It's more of a coming-of-age story, with emphasis on Sora's development as a protagonist and rising star, as well as the many adverse challenges she has to overcome on her path.

Silver Spoon has actually been on my radar for quite some time; I have a friend that's been nagging me to watch it for ages, haha. I'll definitely check it out in the near future! xD

I've watched all 3 Pikmin games from Youtube, and Alph was my secondary in Smash 4.

To be honest with you, I've never played a Pikmin game before.
