| Don't know why but my favourite part is when Elio and Selene appear along with Hau, Lillie and Gladio and all of them are happy, really loved it. -The rock and bug gym/kahuna/elite4 trainers are funny as hell. And first time Victor and Gloria being animated. Love my baby victor. |

| Can't believe I lived long enough to see Bones Studio doing a Pokemon animation and it was an amazing work. I feel so much more passion and personality in this short video than the actual games. |

| Never seen Pokemon in my entire life (don't judge me, I didn't know Arabic as a kid when it aired in UAE), so I don't really have that emotional connection to this music video like pretty much everyone else here. BUT, from a perspective of a music video, a solid one. The visuals looked really nice, the song from BUMP OF CHICKEN was really good too and everything just felt playful, wacky, creative and fun. I may not be seeing Pokemon till I have a kid in forever, but for a music video alone perspective, I enjoyed it regardless. Gave it a 7, so I enjoyed it more than most anime this year and its a damn MV. If I ever see the franchise and catch this MV again, I'd upgrade the rating. |

| "There's a movie on TV. Four boys are walking on railroad tracks. I better go too." Pokemon has peaked. This is by far the best thing Pokemon has ever produced. From an objective standpoint it was really good. A catchy song and absolutely stunning animation and visuals. However as a fan, and someone who has experienced Pokemon for the largest part of their life, this is just so much more. All the cameos and subtle references showing all the important characters throughout the series and important scenes just flashing by in an instant truly show how much love has been put into this MV. This is the ultimate love letter to the series. I've watched this over and over and I just can't help tearing up. |

| I stopped watching/playing the show + games after original Sapphire (except for Pogo), and finally picked up Sword/Shield last year. Really cool seeing Bones x Pokemon. Also didnt realize MAL has MV listings until today haha |

| This music video exemplifies a lot of the issues I have with modern sakuga. Most of the stills look pretty good, but I thought a lot of the shots in motion were nearly incomprehensible. The effects work in particular were quite obnoxious, and can people stop using this stupid grainy filter to try and make their artwork look all "retro" and shit? It's not retro, you're just ruining your own artwork. Either animate using actual animation cels for that authentic feel or don't do it at all. |

| What a horrible filter they used. It looks over saturated and like a low quality rip from the actual video. The music and design are pretty good. Bump of Chicken song sounds like the opening 1 of March Comes in Like a Lion and the visuals look like Blood Blockade Battlefront opening 1 too. Yeah nostalgia, coming from Pokemon it's meh. The Pokemon Company relies on nostalgia every year in order to keep the older audience buying the new games. I know cuz I kept playing every game since red lmao Even the shitty let's go Pikachu |

| Was wondering why such high score and wow, this indeed was fantastic. Especially on a nostalgic level for the people who have played all, or most of the games. As for the MV itself, I liked the song but I particularly loved the filters and overall art-style that were used. It looked so great, visually speaking. |

| Decided to watch this because of Rie Matsumoto (and hype), really beautiful animation. I even recognized some characters and pokemons despite never having watched the series, or played the games, or really engaged with anything pokemon-related (yes such people exist) xD I guess that's what happens when a media franchise is so popular it's talked about everywhere. |
