| It was a good way to set up a cliffhanger imho. Good episode, I was worried the "date" part would've been annoying, instead it was cute and didn't divert the attention too much from what was going on and the mission Sieg and Jeanne had. Also it seems there were a lot of well needed talks about beliefs and the current situation, so even better. I'll wait for subs to judge that part tho, since I didn't get everything that was said. I'm still waiting for Shirou's full backstory. I can't believe they just skipped it. Maybe it will be included later |

| Interesting episode, it was focused on Sieg, Jeanne and Jack. I found Reika's death a little weird, the way the arrow pierce her was a bit strange. We had a cliffhanger at the end, so it seem like we are going to get a fight with Jack and maybe Atalanta. Sieg at the beginning was like "Ruler, what the hell are you doing?" |

| Dropped at 3:37. It was the last straw to casually have a list of every Master spread out on the table. That's a whole aspect of the war completely gone. Characters were poorly written or even if they were written well (Mordred/Necromancer) they were allotted so little screen time that they don't matter. I couldn't care less when a character from this installment died. Not to mention going off topic and acting like a couple dozen lives were more important than the opposing faction potentially ruining the planet with the Grail. I didn't even continue watching, but I can only guess it was a "fake date turned real date" trope to waste even more time. I'm fairly disappointed with this installment. I can only hope Heaven's Feel gets us back to the Fate we know and love. |

I Just want to point out that those on the table were not the Masters. They literally were all Jack's victims, and we know that she mainly targeted mages, especially the Yggdmillennia associates. It makes perfect sense to have all the informations about your own people killed by the Servant you made them summon. That's it, I just wanted to point that out. |

| Enjoyed seeing Jack in this episode liked the action in this didn't really care for the date scenes between Sieg and Jeanne. Looking forward to seeing Jacks backstory in the next episode. |

| Romance!! Romance!! Romance!! Ruler is so beautiful and cute ... I loved her closeness to Sieg. Semiramis is also so beautiful and cute :3. I still think the animation could be better. The script is incredible, but it's a shame they didn't show a flashback of how the hell Assassin became a human servant. |

| So Jeanne and Sieg had their little play date, While I still think Sieg doesn't deserve the date, Jeanne was so cute. Ruler is just so pure. <3 Semiramis was also kinda cute this episode. XDD R.I.P Assassin's master I guess. |

| @LeloTheUnamused My points still stands that apparently no Master is/was hidden. That whole aspect of the war that's always been a key part of animated Fate was still very much non-existent. Better to get off here than watching that pairing nonsensically get closer (it's sad that Rider x Seig makes more sense than Ruler x Seig), Masters and Servants both getting killed off unceremoniously (think Cu, think Heracles), wading through episodes that feel very much like pointless filler (isn't the actual goal floating farther away, threatening apocalypse, while they worry about a single Servant killing dozens rather than the group of Servants with THE Grail), and hoping that the next episode will have SOME redeemable action for this installments huge lack of it (which is the biggest draw of Fate to begin with). It really pales in comparison to previous installments in most/all respects. I'm done now. Rant over. Wasn't really directing the whole thing at you, but you were a target of part of it. Just venting. 😊 |

| This was a rough episode to get through (Not as in it was bad since I really enjoyed it) because of Jack breaking down and crying at the end for her mother, and then the sacrifice she made for Jack. Man I know they did terrible things and murdered dozens of people, but I still wouldn't have been able to cut Jack and her master down like that, not with Jack crying. |

| Hmm so Ruler and Sieg will be the decoys that will hopefully lure Jack out then. Ruler really looks like a normal girl when she's not in combat though. Ruler is determined to prevent Sieg from using his abilities then. It was nice seeing Sieg interact with people in the town though and learn more about humans. In a way both Ruler and Sieg has changed a lot since their first encounters though. Thats some conviction that Shirou has there though resolving to save even those that killed him as well. Those heartfelt words of Sieg though were cute as was Ruler's reaction. So this was a two pronged assault that Reika and Jack planned then. Though Reika was a villain it was sad to see her die like this though. Her last words to jack were pretty sad. That ending was a surprise though dragging Sieg, Ruler and Atalanta to Jack's past. |

| The only reason that Ruler and Sieg were decoys was simply because they wanted SoL scenes of them together, wasn't it? That aside, I feel like they're spending way too much time on this Jack stuff; is the main plot really so thin that they need to keep on stalling like this? |

Yeah, Fate/Extra Last Encore should start in the later winter season, probably around january 2018. And yeah, you won't miss anything, since there aren't other Fate series set in the Apocrypha universe (for now). I perfectly understand your issues with Apocrypha, and I believe that, while the LN writing is not that excellent, the anime managed to do drag it down a bit, by cutting useful informations/moments of character development and focusing too much on wrong elements/aspects of the story. If you're still interested in a Fate series with a huge cast of characters well written and better handled than the ones in Apocrypha, with also a crazy intriguing story, I recommend the Fate/Strange Fake light novel. |
