| Action pack episode, and perhaps the most touching one of the series with the death of Dunya. Those sacrifices. Those backstories. Why didn't they started to this good earlier? (well, in truth, it was not SO good but good enough compared to half-assed previous eps. I haven't read the manga and I don't care if they are messing things cause this one was well-done. shame it reverts to normal in next episode). And I think I like dark Alibaba better, away with his stupidness! |

| so after reading latest chapters , where all the al-shermen waited eagerly for the "medium" or "father" ,and rewatching ep 24 ... i wonder what that means now of this anime version of dark king ! so how will be this connected to the next season 2? alibaba was supposed to be the reincarnation of dark king or which is now according to manga is the medium or father ??? what would be the point of all al shermen welcoming alibaba and dark king on the anime now? did gyoken knew this ? off-course she knew alibaba was supposed to be the dark king...at least according to manga she should have known this big event happening ... am sure A-1 will come up with some new original ending for season 2 to cover that ... after all they got guts to continue after season 1... |

But until the end of the episode, nothing is following that up -.- Guess they're leaving it for the next episode, huh.. Oh and, don't tell me Hakuryuu lost his arm for good? | Well I enjoyed this episode. Did not see that ending coming at all. Alibaba whyyyyy? I feel like this anime is trying to blame him for everything though, and it sucks. The OST that played while he was turning to his dark side was very mesmorizing, I really liked it |

| some of yall manga readers are acting like typical elitists but lol, what's new? i read the manga and i don't even feel an ounce of hate for A-1 not sticking to the original i'm just treating this as some sort of remake and take what i can get ~ anyways, alibaba has never been my favorite in both anime and manga and he certainly is going to stay that way until the very end. |

| Well from what I'm hearing the manga is leaps and bounds better than the anime. I'm sure that's true. I really liked the first like 10-15 episodes so much I couldn't stop watching. But then it juts turned into this whole Alibaba can't do shit by himself thing. Its so obnoxious hearing him scream and cry and stand around. No matter what he does, he either waits too long, or does something stupid. Then Aladdin with his goofy smile tells him you're a hero and poof magic everything is okay again. BUT WAIT. Something bad happens again and the cycle starts over. Morgiana is seriously the best written character here. I guess along with Sinbad. You can actually feel Morg's emotion, passion, all that. Her action sequences are the best of the bunch too. Oh well... now to finish off this season. I hope Alibaba dies but that won't happen |
| Alibaba is such a whiny brat. Is he even thinking when he battles? Or rather, is anyone? Magi had plenty of time to take down that girl (forgot her name) when the Isaac (how original) was distracted by the oh so serious and edgy sword fighting ala Alibaba.. But I guess that doesn't matter because Magi saved them anyways. Yeay. Alibaba is probably the most boring main character I've ever seen. These last episodes really show that he is nothing but screaming and again, screaming. A whiny brat is what he is. And oh so edgy.. God damn I almost feel something when you scream for the 1334th time with your mouth wide open ready to do a deepthroat. Could care less about that girl's past. It seems that Isaac fella was a human once because he bled, but now he was made of sand whut? And she cried when her puppet "died"? XD How could she even control him efficiently when she was focused on that extreme magic spell? |

| Goddammit Alibaba why must you be so stupid by giving in to the enemy? I know he was being manipulated by Dunya's memories but still, get your shit together and man up Alibaba. Well sexy yandere Dunya's dead. Didn't really care about her anyways. I'm assuming that the anime's skipping a bunch of stuff which explains why a lot of manga-readers are so angry. I'll try to rate this anime as fairly as possible. Oh shit. Alibaba's the final boss. What a twist! This episode felt somewhat rushed. Everything happened so fast. This anime would have benefited greatly from having at least a couple more episodes. Overall, this episode was a 7.5/10 because while it did feel rushed, I still enjoyed it. |

| Poor Hakuryuu, the dude lost his arm like nothing yet he still can stand up after that. He really has balls. Those All-Thamen dudes were fodder-tier, lmao. Masked dude and blue haired chick with her Gate of Babylon were decent, but the others are pure jobbers. Alibaba just went full retard mode this episode. Even if he was under the control of the rukh of the blue haired girl, he still knew the fate of Cassim and even the masked dude was telling him he would become corrupt if he stabs him, and Alibaba of course stabs the fucker, becoming evil and assuring his evil plan. I don't hate him, but he is by far the least interesting character of the series. The fact that the character doesn't stop to scream and whine every time he can (plus his voice actor being Yuuki Kaji) don't help at all. |

| Omg poor Hakuryuu lost his arm, there was so much blood in this episode :o I don't know if I'm the only one about that but this final attack of Dunya reminded me a lot on Gilgamesh from Fate Stay. Looked pretty sick with all these black blades. But Aladdin as clever as he is could prevent it with his illusions. Hmm poor Dunya. She also had such a hard past, seeing Isaac dying in front of her for nothing :< Sure you can say why did Alibaba react the way he did. But at the same time how can you blame him, if you see a person suffering again because of fucking Al Thamen, how can you ever be calm in any way? And now because of the curse Alibaba transformed into a black king, oh man.... The other fights of the generals of Sinbad were good. But damn Masrur and Sharrkan are so strong. They didn't even had any problems with their opponents. I'm worried about this dark stuff in the sea. I can't believe that there's only 1 episode left with so much questions left open :( I wonder how they will manage to end this. So up to the last episode. |

| though i haven't read the manga, i get the hate for this. the whole alibaba's black djin maybe has some source, but felt convenience that he will fall into the enemy hands. it's not make any sense with his character really. you can feel the studio's writers hand in this and not the mangaka's. the fact that i know what will happen at the end and it would be super anticipated and unoriginal is lowering this anime value... and i won't forget the fact that they made the eight generals's battles usual shounen treatment lol. it's not mean that i don't like this anime though. i still gonna be watching the next season two. |

Can't complain I enjoy it. @frequency15k I find it curious how people love to pretend their subjective view should be seen as objective truth. @TiffanyTheDragon Uh... No. He did not. Now, Justin Trudeau on the other hand... Absolutely did. --- This show has a way of raising the ceiling in a somehow both progressive yet non-linear manner that is quite interesting. All I really care to say at this point is #FanalisFTW (I seriously love Morgiana and Masrur, I mean, for reals bruv)... Anyone else feeling a slight connection to NGNL and the way different races have certain abilities?
