| amazing how this show is in turns funny, sad, horrifying, wistful, crazy, and romantic all in one episode (and do it amazingly well)! that ending sequence with music by annabel makes me tear up every time - so beautiful and sad...she also did the ending for another and was incredibly emotive on that - genius singer! if this show keeps up this pace of greatness i think i may have to give it a 9...lastly, when sanka rea goes in to kiss furuya, was she actually going to eat him? maybe we shall find out next time............. |

| The scenery looks great and the use of symmetry works in favour of the visuals. The pace seems a bit too slow for me but it wasn't any different from the manga so it is to be expected. |

The cat got normal eyes back after eating those leaves so maybe those leaves will help make her body go temporary to human condition so it can warm a little and stop rotting. | The adaptation of this part.... extremely well executed. They did a very good job! Rea is so moe!!! Love her innocence to things... Furuya having his dreams fulfilled. Her talking is so moe as well. Things will get even better as the story progresses. Though, I felt this episode was too short. |

| Do not click the spoilers below unless you have read the manga or plan to. It seems that there are two possibilities at this point regarding the length of the series/anime... either: - It's 11 - 13 episodes and gets to around chapter 15 of the manga. - It's 25 - 26 episodes, and we get up to around chapter 20 - 22. Either way - I hope that this keeps getting better, as this is the perfect example of the perfect manga-to-anime conversion. |
