| Nice start to the episode, but it really got boring when that guy transformed, and then we had to listen to the obligatory pre-power-up monologue and sit through the flashbacks. All those monsters failed to intimidate 1) because they keep talking about how they have no chance against them 2) if you're gonna introduce characters, don't expect us to find them interesting if you just give them not-so-special transformations and kill them off the same episode. Tiger scene! I remember that's the chapter I saw when I tried checking out the manga, had nice animation, but the tiger still felt generic. God, I want to skip this and jump to Magi 2 right away. |

| Nice new opening, I didn't like the song that much but the intro itself was awesome. Mor looked so cute dancing but my favourite part of the opening was when Aladdin's face was in that girls boobs it made me laugh lol. Absolutely badass episode. I loved all the fights. Alibaba and Mor really shined this episode and did very well, both kicked ass. I was excited when Alibaba was able to summon his djinn Amon's fire powers. Badass ep, I'm loving Magi! |

| Wow what an action packed episode. Alibaba's djinn equip was awesome! Morgiana is so cool. I did feel that the fight against the tiger guy went to quick, I always hate when battles are fast. |

| Morg completely won me over when she destroyed that elite guard and his monkey army with one kick. What a badass. Morg dancing. HNNNNNNNNNNNNG  Amon's sword is fucking sweet. I hope we get to see Alibaba use it more. The new OP is okay though I liked the first one a lot more. The ED is good! Better than the first one for sure. Awesome episode. 9/10 |
| This episode was so epic that I was hooked during the all 24 minutes. Like seriously Alibaba finally controlled his power better, plus Morgiana was the baddasest and the all episode was action-packed. I've got chills when Alibaba was talking to the troup! I hope that he'll become king ! |

| I really love the new OP and ED. They're fitting so well <3 Damn so much action in this episode and finally Alibaba managed to control his Djinn even if he definitely has to train his stamina so that he don't ran to fast out of power. His sword looks so cool. That elephant looked so ugly god. Morgiana super badass, from episode to episode she seems stronger and stronger. That ape had no chance. So now is the time that Alibaba can save Balbadd from Abhmad. I wonder how the Kou princess will react when she sees who she has to marry xD |

| I take a break of a few months and I don't even remember the elite guards. Oops. Alibaba was being annoying as always with his self confidence issues, but he finally got some power out of it. I can't stand seeing him powerless with a tiny dagger. Good episode, it went by really fast. |
| Re-watching this because it's been a few years since we saw it the first time around, but this episode was a reminder of why Morgiana was one of the first I added to my favourites list when I made my profile here. She manages to pull off being humble, naive and a complete badass at the same time |

| i don't dislike the opening song, but i find the visuals be worser than 1st opening. though i would want to see morgiana dancing more in the anime. *reminding in ep3 morgiana dancing* ed was really nice too. i liked 1st ed, but this one is more serious than 'look on the the telescope of your finger" lol. the animation was absolutely gorgeous in this episode. the elephant thing was crazy lol. now magi has chimeras? lol morgiana crashing that monkey with a kick, that was awesome. the kou princess is wondering what kind of abhmed king. she's gonna be disappointed lol. amon sword looks great. i'm getting to like alibaba more and more each episode. |
