XD I think ,that Takeshi have the biggest strenght in this tournament ,althought his weak point can be agility Aff his feet...I felt pain when i saw it Holy fuck this fight... It was the most brutal anime fight ever i seen 8/10 waiting for 2nd part!!! |
| Jesus, this fight was insanely brutal and imo that's definitely the most important quality when it comes to brawl anime. Definitely enjoyed watching this. It's fast paced and the Plot is straight forward to the point. Huge cast(thankfully we always get their names displayed) with many badass and quirky characters. I think I even prefer this over Baki, simply due to how simple it is. Also liked the fights more. Looking forward to the second cour. |

| I see Mokichi has managed to survive thanks to that mysterious sensei, who seems to be interested in Tokita by the way. Sawada being eliminated by default was a major blow, i felt bad for that queer especially when they broke his leg on top. But he should rejoice since Masaki got owned by Muteba, now that was a brutal match and very gory. I did not think Muteba would take it since he was blind and all, i am glad he did nonetheless! As for Tokita, it seems he has little time left of his life as that doctor said- maybe it is the constant power he has to use in order to become that demon which must've drained his lifespan. I really cannot wait to see how it is going to pen out. But most of all i cannot wait to see the match between him Setsuna/Raian! Overall this was enjoyable. Although the cgi was not to my liking it still packed a punch with enjoyment just like Ultraman. I liked that you can expect any outcome in a match except when it came to Tokita though. Hope season 2 WILL BE SOON! 8/10 |

| That CG takes some getting used to, but this series is fun - in fact, quite a bit more fun than I expected it to be based on reviews. Sure, it won't win awards for anything, but it does its job of keeping its viewer entertained just fine, so 8/10 and I'm certainly looking forward to Part B or whatever they call it. |

I searched for this and found nothing. I've got no official statement because Netflix is Netflix about this stuff, but it's obvious to anyone with half a brain. At least when considering that last episode that really wasn't a last episode, which had a normal next episode preview. |

| Very fun - I liked the misunderstandings about Yamashita again. (Previous episode it was similar.) He just bowed to apologize when the other guy thought he had super reflexes and perception. :D Also the doctor ... reminded of Baki and Shinogi Kureha. Also a fighter-doctor that had used his knowledge about the body for fighting and vice-versa - making it possible for him to even heal the worst injuries. So ... aren't there only 32 fighters 8 per block (4 fights)? Weird when they said 5th fight block A at the beginning. (But maybe this was the fight 1 of block B already.) Was fun how the guy got trashed fast. Then the German with the super strength and the fight at the end with the blind guy. Very strong. That will be a tough enemy. Usually these handicapped guys are toughest. Toyo Electrics president guy so far seems the biggest competitor vs. Nogi in trying to get smaller companies on his side. Great. Same level as Baki and an 8/10 for me. Looking forward to the next episodes. And yeah it really feels (with preview at the end of 12) as if it was originally made as 2-cour and only decision by Netflix to release 12 in bulk. AniDB also lists it finished with 12. (They might make a 2nd season or change that db entry later to 24.) Technically it wouldn't be split-cour if next season the next 12 eps got released. (Without 1 season break.) It is mor an artificial split where there is season break but you could just have watched it 1 episode each weak without a break (taking your time until the next 12 get released) ... if it is true and the next 12 get releast october. |

| The fight was brutal as i like it a good anime even the cgi was not that bad great flash back animation, entertaining fight this was a better version of grappler baki for me. |

| Gizenga's fight was absolutely hardcore and that was a good way to end the 1st cour, also it's worrying what the doctor said about Ohma's lifespan hmm, anyway that was definitely a good 1st cour for this battle manly anime! |

| I guess I will stick with it for S2 as it's a pretty convenient watch on netflix. Was probably a let down overall for me tho, far inferior to Baki imo. |
