Vague guide to how I score:
25 - Anime of the century, I would rewatch this 5+ times
24.5+ - rewatchable at least 3 times (except certain one piece arcs)
24 - An anime that is solid, kept me wanting more, and some great scenes that i would watch again on youtube. Possibly rewatchable again.
23.5 - solid anime, had me wanting more, but i wouldn't necessarily rewatch anything again
23: Decent show, overall enjoyed and was interesting enough to make me go to the next episode always.
22.5 - Had some plot holes or was slightly generic. But something about it made me watch it unti lthe end, either the openings/endings, action scenes, or sometimes the plot.
22 - somewhat boring or was too slow to get me interested. Or it had some major plotholes or things i disliked. But something was good about it.
20 to 21.5 - after this is kind of a free zone, the animes below 22 (but above 20) may be misevaluated. Some are deserved but some can be re-eval'd.
Below 20:i personally hated this anime for certain reasons, but i watched it all the way. most likely started off strong but ended terribly.
