| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I have to admit, this Kirill guy is rather amusing to watch. We even got to find out why he became a cop! Really wish we knew more about Doug soon but one thing I do find him likeable so far is that he is quite intelligent. The case this episode got resolved rather fast so I'm expecting the monster of the week format to be a regular thing until maybe later in the series. The technology of this series is really something else though. |

| I'm actually really liking these first episodes. This series has personality in spades and the banter between Doug and Kirill is very funny to watch. The only negatives I see right now are its changes between 2d and 3d animation, but the 3d isn't all that bad, so it doesn't bother me that much. This might be a contender for one of the best anime this season if it can keep this up. |

| Yeah, i'll definitly keep watching. It's a little bit generic (since its a good old buddy cop story) but it has a lot of style and im liking the characters so far. |

| Okay, this one is definitely cool, at least so far. It's brimming with style, I love the comic-like parts, and the comical tone. Doug is also a very likeable protagonist, and I want to know more about him. Kirill isn't half bad either. The Anthem stuff seems interesting enough, and I like the Double Decker concept too. |

| That 'haaaaaaaa?' was hilarious. I love how he just whispered it. Kirill is quite funny. This episode slowly introduced some serious topics as well, and it didn't feel too sudden. Most stories do a very bad job of switching between humour and a serious tone. I am in love with Kirill's outfits. They're really cute. Is it really appropriate for a detective to dress up in such a cute way? The boss is a fantastic character. I can't tell what he's thinking at all. The narrator is also quite funny. He fought with Kirill's narration in the last episode, and now he's just trolling. |
| Really wasn't feeling the first ep, but this one was much better in every way. Seems to be a fun cop comedy, good enough to fill the void left by Active Raid. |

| Main character is still terrible, so annoying. Everything else looks better, so I guess I'm staying on the ride. Hope it doesn't disappoints. that would be so cliché, I really hope that isn't the case |

| definitely enjoyed this a bit more than the first ep, i just really dig the character dynamic with the titular duo, my only worry is its gonna suck if this show isnt 24 episodes cause im just imagining all the fun stories you can have with this cast of character and potentially fun cases to be had, but it really wont have time to indulge in that unless its more than 1 cour. yeah very probable, i dont think this series is going to be one averting anyone expectations much. |

| Everytime I see this kind of ending I'm like "HEY it's a Durarara ending!" I'm waiting for knowing more about the teams! the MC is annoying, but he will mature that's sure |
| This series is a ton of fun and definitely one of my favorites so far. I love that ED too. I'm also curious as to how this is related to Tiger & Bunny at all, but it has some similar vibes so far. |

| Time for your medicine lol. This show is hilarious as well as sharp edged and fast paced. The art style has some similarities with JoJos and it's futuristic dystopian vibe reminds me of a colourful comedic version of GITS or Darker than Black. I really love the two main voice actors in the dubbed version and they contast each other well for comic effect - one cool and deadpan, the other fizzy and over-enthusiastic. The standout for me (so far) is that Maverick SOB Doug Billingham - what a guy! His ambitions are to rid the world of poverty and of class no-less! Let me be your Double-Decker ;) |

| Really lovely second episode, nice pacing and development. Really like the setting and do wonder what will happen next! That Modded Delorean Transformation was pretty damn cool! |

| This anime is a tad bit too meta. Hard to get immersed when there are instances of characters breaking 4th wall blatantly. |
