| Oh man. I know these are basically nothing more than like recaps with better(?) animation, but I'm looking forward to this as Skypeia was the arc that won me over into One Piece. Can't wait to cry my eyes out over Noland the Liar again :D. |

I'd prefer it if it was really just a recap, but apparently they're going to introduce an anime original character and some tweaks to the plot. They did the same with the Chopper movie and it was not a good thing imo. It messed up the pacing and the emotional payoff of the arc, while also introducing plot-holes and a stupid Devil Fruit power into the mix. |

| Even though I Have barely Finished the Skypeia Arc in The Anime (Literally Finished it this Morning)I am already Hyped for this. Mostly to see the Gomu Gomu no Ougon Rifle in HD with the new Style. |

| I really don't get what's the point of this thing's existence... Looks like some secret agenda to push the current art style into the old chapters and give the impression that that's how characters are supposed to look, but for me old One Piece will always look like this:  And it looked damn good. |

| so excited for this! one of my all time favorite arcs pre-timeskip. Everything about this arc was so enjoyable and creative. Although there isn't any flashy fights they were all enjoyable and this arc was what really really got me into one piece when i was young back then. |

| First watched Skypiea in elementary school, now after more than 15 years I get to see a HD remake. What a time to be alive. |
| I wish they would just make a "Kai"-esque version of One Piece up to the time-skip, just like with Dragonball Kai. I think it would be really fun to watch for older viewers, instead of these brief mini-re-adaptations. It'd serve as a nice detour/break from the slow pace of Part 2 IMO. |

| Reckon they'll focus on the battle with Enel more than the mystery of Sky Island itself, which sucks. I love the story behind Noland the liar. Hopefully the new adaptation of this scene is just as good as the first one, it's probably in my top 5 moments in all of One Piece. "Ossan, can you hear it?" |
