07-Ghost

Both series involve main characters trying to find out more about their lost memories. Both have a sprinkle of comedy thrown in, but overall both of these series are very dark. Pandora Hearts is a little more creepy compared to 07-Ghost though. 

They both have an equal amount of episodes, shinigami, and most important, scythes. 

they both contain confusing and complex plots with twists here and there. if u like 07 ghost then u'll also like pandora hearts.  

I don't really know which anime looks like 07 Ghost, but Pandora Hearts is Which I chose. - They both have a male protagonist who gets lost sometimes. - People who deeple care for them - And if i remember, In Pandora Hearts some people where also after his death. - Both HAVE GOOD stories and you might cry sometimes. - Great characters 

It's hard to see the similarities between these two series but there are quite a few: - modern style art in both anime - an average paced plot - great characters with contrasting personalities - both MC tries to help others and finding their place in the world - both MC have family issues - friendship one of the main themes - dark atmosphere with a sense of outside humor Enjoy. 

Similarities: *main characters (Oz and Teito) - they both want to protect the ones they love and have tragic past *the same genre: fantasy *demons and magical creatures in both *you can find bishounens in both *similar music in background *cute and funny shoujo moments 

The main protagonists are teenage boys who tend to be their own worst enemy. They hate being a burden to others and feel the need to protect what's dear to them. Teito's and Oz's best friends are protective and have close bonds with them. Both series involve two organizations that are polar opposites of each other, concerning their goals. Although the stories contain dark elements, some humor is sprinkled throughout to lighten the mood at the appropriate moments. In terms of setting, both take place in a fantasy world with European influences. 

I found this very similar to pandora hearts cause - Both Pandora Hearts and 07-Ghosts they were trying to find their memory's -They both had somthing unique about them like in Pandora Hearts Oz had Jack and in 07-Ghosts teito had the eye of mikhail - They both have there wierd charaters like break from Pandora hearts and Frau from 07-ghosts -In Pandora hearts Oz had his friend alice and in 07-Ghost they had teito and mikage -Oz and Teito have similar personallitys - Both Mangas are way better then the anime I liked these two animes they were the best ones ive wached in a while. Both stories have amnesiac characters and they are trying to figure out what happened that led them into the situation they are now in and both stories can be pretty dark af from time to time too as well as being pretty complex too.  

Both have: - A tragic event in the beginning that affected many lives and is related to the hero. - Hero has a great power inside him (eye of Mickael/blade of Life) that manifests with an "eye" in his hand. - Other main guy protects him. (Frau/Sousuke) - Church and Organizations plus guys with military uniforms. - There is a girl (Roseamanelle/Hamaji) that is a dear friend of the hero and has the same hairstyle (in the manga only).  

-the main character is a young man accompanied by an older man -they both are taken in by the church -both main characters have trouble remembering parts of their past -and both are on a quest for a group of items. 

A group of bishonens and the main characters, in both, have a sad past and both are in a church and they have a mysterious power that is reflected in their hands with an eye, there are some fights and shonen ai background tones and someone is always protecting them. They are made for the same kind audience and of course if you like one, try the other. 

Similar atmosphere with the BL thing going on, great art, and a memorable storyline for both that makes me want to see more seasons 

They are similar because both themes have a "church" involved. 

Both have church setting, main protagonist carries an important item in their arm. They also have a tragic past.  

Both of these anime have good-looking guys. They have many similar features such as they both include magical creatures and special powers. They both also revolve around the Church I guess. Well I'm pretty sure if you liked one of these anime, you'd like the other one as well.  

Both series deal with supernatural abilities in a war setting. In each series, best friends become separated by events beyond their control (ie. war). The style of the art and animations is very similar and even the uniforms they wear are quite similar. 

Two best friends - one a tactical genius with a tragic past, ripped apart by a war they're both swept up in. Characters have a supernatural ability. The art style and uniforms are extremely similar. 

Both main characters were first in the empire ruling and then, after the killing of someone close to them, both turned against them and swore to avenge.  

07-Ghost follows the almost exact same pattern as Code Geass. Even though they have nothing to do with each other production-wise, They are oddly alike in almost every aspect. Granted, Code Geass is generally a better series due to the fact that it was made by better producers. Everything is similar; from the "fantasy world", to the characters, the overall mood to the show, the style of the clothes and art, backround music, and even the voice actors!!! It's like another Code Geass . . . only completely different!!!! (if that makes sense ^ ^) 

Both series have a powerful, heavily military-focussed "Empire" (Barsburg or Brittanian), trying to take over the world. Both have rampant imperialism, loyal-to-the-death soldiers, and so on, and this is a major theme. Additionally, both empires are portayed in a somewhat good light in the first episode, although this quickly changes- our protagonists fight the oppression, if in slightly different ways. But other than the similarities between the content of the two series, I'd also recommend them based on the cliffhanger-type nature of the ending of each episode, and... I'm trying to find a word for the general feel of them. It's not quite "feel-good", that would be wrong. But both anime certainly have their high points, their Crowning Moments of Awesome, and their heartfelt blows to the main characters when it all goes wrong. There's a real sense of empathy there, and above all, that's why I think you should watch this anime. read more 

This anime is very very similar to Code Geass in my personal opinion. Both have two characters that start out as friends and get separated, a war happened 10 years ago. The main character of each anime get/have a special ability that they use often. Both anime's have the main character wanting to save their friends except in code Geass Suzaku and Lelouch get into some arguments and issues begin. In 07 Ghost instead of separating in a fight way, two friends Mikage and Teito get separated in another manner. So far I really have enjoyed both animes and recommend one for another. 

Both share similar story themes of revenge as well as share charactes with strange supernatural abilties to them as well too. 

The first anime what entered to my mind, when I watched 07-ghost was D.Gray-man. The main characters are very similar - both lost father and has knock from past. And also they have strange power bound with their eye... Black order from D.Gray-man remind me little a Militery Academy from 07-ghost. I don't want write spoilers, but also the enemies from 07-ghost will be someway similar to akuma from D.Gray-man.  

Teito and Allen have somewhat remaniscent personalitites and both have an important secret about who they are that they themselves don't know about. It almost seems that someone is pushing them toward a destiny that they have yet to understand. 07-Ghost is not as dark as D-Grayman and Teito is outwardly timid while carrying a very dark self inside. Allen has a dark side he fights with, but it is not actually HIM.  

They just remind me of each other.. I mean they have the same kind of feeling, plus some similarities on the plot area.. Like Kor/Akuma and that Teito is an orphan and so is Allen.. 

They are similar because both themes have a "church" involved. 

It has a very gothic style to it and deals with themes of religion in a dark sense. 

The main character is an orphan with mysterious powers. He joins an Order to fight the ones responsible for his loss. Also trying to discover what lies behind his powers and it's connection to his past! ("Romance", Action, Shounen, Demons, Fantasy, Comedy) 

Extremely similar animes on many aspects: the setting of the story, the character types and their background stories, their goals, their personalities etc, the military with magical super powers setting, the subtle hint of shounen-ai, plenty of bishounens for the ladies to enjoy... And many, many more. In short, if you like one, you're most likely gonna enjoy the other. 

Characters: frau - ichinose, guren klein, teito - hyakuya, yuuchirou ayanami - tepes, krul celestine, mikage - hyakuya mikaela oak, shuuri - kimizuki, shihou - tsundere male character - a bit of boys romance - orphanage of mc - sexy male cast that can find attractive ( include voice actor too ) - battle of different species - both side have good players or good characters that you can enjoy while watching If you like all of those then you will like both of this anime.

It starts with a tragedy where the protagonist loses important persons and flees from a cruel system. Both protagonists are parentless and there's a deep male friendship. 07 Ghost is not shounen ai romance but still has a little BL subtext. Owari doesn't have such so far and I guess it won't since it's shounen. Owari is of very high quality (animation, music, atmosphere, story) and can bring your tears out. So can 07 Ghost since both have a very tragical start. But 07 Ghost gets a little too fluffy and stumpy over the episodes - it's also very shoujo'ish, while Owari is less like that but it can still be watched even if you prefer shoujo over shounen. Either of them has a certain amount of a military setting. read more 

A main character that is so naturally kind and noble they have no idea that they are. Both also lost their families when they were young and spent their teen years (and prior) learning to fight in a military setting.  

In both, the main character looks up to an older character. (In Tegami Bachi, Lag wants to be a Letter Bee like Gauche; in 07 Ghost, Teito wants to be a Bishop like Frau.) Both main characters have an red-coloured special stone lodged in their bodies: spirit amber in Lag's eye and Eye of Mikhail in Teito's hand. This grants them special powers that no one else has. In addition, both animes have a monster-like creature that is the focus of the story's plot. In Tegami Bachi, it's the gaichuu; in 07 Ghost, it's the Kor. All in all, very similar. 

Gauche is almost identical to Ayanami. Both plots have a dark nature as well 

This is similar to 07 ghost because they both have military outfits and they seemed to both have a goal to head to. 

It is to do with a young man who would do anything to achieve his dream, in O7-Ghost's case, Teito Klein, is a soldier and in-order to become one of the best soldier, he encountered heaps of obstacles with meeting the seven gods and his father who died when Teito was a kid. In Tegamibachi's case, it is a young man who is passionate on relaying people's message to their loved ones through letters and faced obstacles with his mum and Gauche who did not return after sending a letter. Both are passionate about their dreams. 

The settings are similar as well as the whole military combat type characters. Barsburg Empire and 7th District is similar to Chrome Shelled Regios' Grendan and Zuellni. 

this anime is about military academic that only selected potential children to become the host Mikhail eyes that possessed GOD power whoever hold this power will rule over world. 

Both involve an overly powerful boy who tries to hide his powers and past. They each are only 1 season and both end awfully with a lot of unanswered questions. They both leave a viewer with huge hopes for a season 2. Hope this doesn't steer anyone away from watching either though lol. 

Both series features military in a more futuristic and has dystopian/utopia themes mixed in. Both series has plenty of actions but also some mystery behind the scenes involving certain events. Both series has plenty of action, drama, magic, military, and similar themes.  

Both anime are similar: - The main character is a very young boy who tries to protect his dear friends - Magical powers, each character has a special ability - Different undercover organizations facing each others to protect humanity or to cause damage - Strange animals, also Karneval and 07 Ghost have a little cute flying pet but in different colours - Beautiful graphics with action, humour, etc etc 

Basically these anime are nearly alike. The key difference is in the two main characters(or in 07 Ghosts case, 3)....the lead character of 07 Ghost shares more of a similar personality to Garecki in 07 Ghost while the lead character of KArneval, Nai, shares a similar personality to the two best friends in 07-ghost. There is an unbreakable bond between the lead characters and their best friends they are willing to do whatever it takes to protect....; Different organizations that have plans that sort of make no sense. A bit of a shounen-ai hint....though surprisingly 07-Ghost is the more subtle of the two. Supernatural powers and abilities and has creatures that look similar to one another. read more 

Both are supernatural fantasy theme stories with lots of cute bishies in it. A focus on friendship as well too (Even if they butt heads from time to time due to starking different personalties) and saving the friends when the need calls for it.  

Both series are filled to the brim with bishounen and have a cute almost ambiguous main character with a rather naive world view. Both their closest friends are more down to earth mature minds with troubles of their own and share aloof tendencies while being fairly hard on themselves. Both series' are filled with interesting and visually pleasing fights and supernatural themes. If you like one you are bound to like the other.  

A supernatural anime about an exceptional orphan. A shoujo with a gothic feeling to it and a little bit of boys love to make it all complete! Sounds familiar? 

Both have a lot of really eye catching bishies and both have a dark and broody feeling throughout the story in its atmosphere. And both are supernatural fantasy related as well too and both leads are orphaned too.  

There's something that is similar like bishounen characters, fighting of two groups, supernatural powers & etc. Just watch it & you will know it.  

Trinity Blood and 07-Ghost have strong religious themes that direct the plot. Both animes consist of supernatural themes, Trinity with vampires and Ghost with Koro/Demons. In both Trinity Blood and Ghost their main character had a past of never believing or trusting in God; in Trinity it was Abel in Ghost it is Frau. In both there was a major war/event before the anime starts, and during the anime a new war/event starts. They both also seem to take place in the future, where technology and aeronautics has far surpassed that of ours in present day.  

Both have churchs as a prominent istitution in the story and both also share a pretty dark sort of goth like feeling to it as well too and both have lots and I mean lots of supernatural shit happening as well too. 

both series are about priests who fight evil, with strong emphasis on catholic and gothic aesthetics. bonus points if you're in for ikemen, both have cuties of all shapes and colors to offer. 

Both of them are from the same company so the animation is kind of similar. The main hero and heroine seemed alike to me.They are actually emotional and deal with their pasts but they try to look strong outside. Both have supernatural stuff and fantasy. Both has bishounen like characters. The main antagonists have some relations with the main hero/heroine's family.  

Both are dark supernatural fantasy have a sort of gothic feeling and atmosphere to it and lots of ara ara cutie bishies and they were also animated by studio deen as well too.  

They both have a similar genre, although the story-lines vary a lot.(Other wise it wouldn't be interesting, would it?) The Barsburg Military and the State alchemists are somewhat similar, and both main characters have deep pasts and people they want to protect. 

has to due with same themes sort of 07 ghost is about church and faith. fma is about church too sort of because all the bad guys resemble the seven deadly sins. 

both have this shounen like feel to it in spite of it originating from magazines geared to a female audience with lots of action packed moments in it. 

Both pretty much church themed Chars working on being Exorcists/Priests to fight off monsters/demons Both are enjoyable  

Both have a lot of bishies. A boy (Teiito/Yuuri) gets involved with a group of guys because of them having a legendary power(Eye of Mikhail/Maou). They both try to do what is right without hurting others. 

If you like Loveless you would probably like watching 07-Ghost. While the theme of Loveless (more towards bl-psychology) is really different from 07-Ghost(geared more towards out-of-the-world fantasy adventure), they definitely have the same feel. I think they are like the kind of shounen anime that a bl-fan (such as myself) would prefer although they are not shounen. Tons of beautiful boys and no annoying female character (that would actually stand a chance to have a go with one of the main male lead). Loveless is full-on-bl while 07-Ghost is more towards shounen-ai undertone which I don't mind. I also think that the main male lead in Loveless and 07-Ghost is similar since both have amnesia and they have these two handsome older dudes taking care of them. Not to mention, someone important to them died that it drives them to find the killer to take revenge. read more 

Both main characters have something special inside of them that the opposing group wants. The main characters doesn't realize the special thing there at first and it comes out when there angry or in danger 

Both end up with a person that cares about them, more than they realise.Both of them are great action anime, while not tottaly focusing on the action. They have great story lines, and are a reallly great series. Also both will make you sob at the end, lul. 

It has religious themes and military. 

Like in Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu the protagonist in 07 Ghost has a strong hidden power with an own mind controling the host when he gets in danger
