Sapphire2g3’s Anime Rating System
10 – An anime deserving of a perfect ten from me, simply has to leave me with an utter sense of satisfaction. Nothing left out, nothing missing, just simple perfection!
9 – A nine is one that is nearly flawless, but perhaps there were questions left unanswered or one bad episode.
8 – This is an anime that I probably thought was going to be just ok or bad but that surprised me by its awesomeness!
7 – A seven rating is for an anime that is purely adequate on all levels.
6 – A six is just a bit better than good.
5 – Meh. . . . enough said.
4 – Pretty lame, cliché, and/or not very memorable.
3 – My God! If only I could get back the time I wasted watching this travesty!
2 – Wow, that was amazingly bad!
1 – This rating is reserved for anime that were so bad that they made me want to yell obscenities at the screen; these unholy abominations are ones that really made me question anime as a whole!
- If an anime that I’ve completed has no rating at all, then more than likely it was a deep and psychological one. Those tend to be “off the wall” to say the least, which makes them really hard to rate. If an anime that I’ve dropped has no rating, it just probably means that I didn’t watch enough episodes to have a fair opinion of it.
