Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san

Both shows have similar comedy and cute romance moments of the main couple. Coincidentally, both of the male MCs have purple hair, and the female MCs have pink hair. Both are very fun to watch if you love wholesome, slice-of-life romcom.

The portrayal of how relationships aren't supposed to function, let alone the fact that there isn't any basis for them to be formed in the first place, but that is the whole point of both series, right? I presume the comedy and romance direction would share similar traits. And hey, both MC received their share of tough luck to get the waifu, and I call it 'hardship'. 

Both include main characters saving one another. Both have some sort of relationship, either wife or girlfriend. Male mcs trying to impress ffemale mcs. 

Both main characters coincidentally have the same hair color, and is pretty wholesome overall. Me personally i see tonikaku as shikimori after marriage.  

MC looks pretty similiar, Nasa is a bit more confident than Izumi, like if you hate Izumi and wish he'd be more funny and confident bro Nasa is literally that. The FMC for both is literally the same, like they're both cool and cute like SAME PINK HAIR AND ALL THAT Both animes start out when they're together Tonikawa is a lot funnier and a little bit more fun to watch than Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie's art islot higher quality than Tonikawa They're both the perfect vanilla romance Even tho both MC look like losers, they're pretty cute 

-Both have the MC's be together at the start -Both have the characters become more comfortable with each other as the season goes on -Shikimori is essentially a high school version of Tonikawa 

Both are the polar opposites attrtact kind of romance story and both have cute moments in it here and there. 

An awkward boy with badass girl, plus an established relationship pretty early on.  

Both shows have the lead couple where one is more energetic and out there while the other is silent. Though they are not exactly the same, both animes give same vibe. The supporting cast is also memorable in both animes. Also both have an Established relationship and the anime is about how the couple is in that relationship. Both are School Life Romance. Both animes are very sweet. No drama. Just fun relaxing time. 

- both are very comforting, sweet wholesome animes - a good friend group in both shows, sad pasts and a cute love story - popular girl dates the not popular (not that popular anyway) guy they're both just my comfort shows and really wholesome in general, watching this reminded me of the both of each of them.

-Both don't beat around the brush when it comes to romance -The female MCs have hidden and unexpected sides to their personalities -Side characters that suffered because of unattainable love and dealt with the problem maturely -Wholesome friend groups 

these two anime are both very good romance animes thats are not sexual in anyway and the relationship between the couple in both anime is just as wholesome 

- Same school vibes - Same caring GF - Similar type of relationship 

The main characters have some common points : - A shy but kind and good looking boy - A strong but very caring and loving girlfriend Both have sweet atmosphere and the relationship is great to watch. 

It's fluffy and cute, characters do a alot of blushing and it's so wholesome  

Both anime are about daily school life of a plain dumb boy, who somehow gets an idol-live girl to like him and go ou with him.  

both have a beautiful and strong female love interest who is written well and don't just exist to act all cute and pretty all the time. 

Both involve a strong female character which take care of the men they love. Even if Gojo from Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru? have a deeper personality in the writing, he shares in common with Izumi to be a shy but very kind person. It's really pleasant and refreshing to follow their relationship because it change compare to the usual "only cute girl and strong boyfriend". 

(Role Reversal) While this trope isn't commonly known due to it's personal norm, It shows more than just a favor for those who prefer characters that goes certain length where the female is more overly aggressive in terms of honorifics being portrayed in the story. 

The same plot where girl protects guy from danger, the difference is, in one anime carries something that the bad group of withes wants, while the other is a guy with a bad case of the JINX and it the girl who has to protect him from such Jinx. 

- Both Anime center with Female lead - Both Mc have Prince and Knight relationship also in love (Female lead protect Male lead) - The different, Shikimori mc didnt do anything to minimalize misfortune, Meanwhile Witch craft mc try to learn magic to protect himself so female lead didnt get trouble - Plot run pretty different, Witchcraft run with huge terrorist witch want to try destroy world. Meanwhile Shikimori run like normal school anime with totally nothing happened 

If you like a romance between a super protective and jealous girl who can do anything for the ones she loves, I recommend watching these animes - The couple starts dating at the beginning of the anime - The girl is strong, protective and jealous, in addition to both having pink hair - The boy is delicate and fragile physically - The design of all the secondary characters in the anime is very memorable and colorful, just like the main characters They don't have much in common besides these characteristics above, because Mirai nikki is a very heavy anime, with deaths, torture, delicate themes and a psychopathic protagonist. In shikimori-san, it's an anime about everyday life, and normal high school students' adventures, besides Shikimori is kind to other people and tries to be cute, but she's very cool, it's like a reverse shoujo ( the female protagonist acts like the men in the manga and her boyfriend like the girls in the shoujo manga) Both anime are interesting to pass the time read more

- Both shows feature the MC who is unlucky in their lives: Izumi's clumsiness and Shiraishi being invisible to everyone else except for Kubo herself. - Both shows feature a cute and caring girlfriend developing a healthy relationship with their MC. They are also popular in the class (or school to be fair). - Both shows don't have any drama so it's easy to get invested in fluffy romcoms as such.
