Both involve a strong female character which take care of the men they love.
Even if Gojo from Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru? have a deeper personality in the writing, he shares in common with Izumi to be a shy but very kind person.
It's really pleasant and refreshing to follow their relationship because it change compare to the usual "only cute girl and strong boyfriend".
