Kyokou Suiri

both are heavy dialogue driven story that involve the folklore of youkai's with fun character interactions, but Koykou suiri is a little less lewd. 

I must say that both these series have a lot in common, not only from the general "detective" style case solving but a whole lot more from having characters to atmosphere, to even the pacing of episode and story details. Having an anime where a full episode can be filled by the main character just talking very technical without it getting boring is an amazing something in any form of media. And that's what I directly found that it had a great similarity for me to Gosick and the other way around. Both anime franchises are therefor really close and have a great similar setting! 

Girl and boy with supernatural powers meet then fall in love. The boy is kind of "dangerous". Even the characters look similar, lively short girl with short hair and tall melancholic boy. 

The aura of the to shows are similar. Even if the stories are quite different, but they both have the same slow tempo with a lot of explaining at it's center. They're both mystery shows that keeps pulling you in even though the story telling is slow. The art of Kyokou Suiri is also quite similar to the classic Kyoto animation style of Hyouka.

Both shows are slow, methodical mystery stories with supernatural elements and eccentric casts. 

Somewhat reserved MC that got involved into the plot unwillingly then started to like FMC Female MC which are strong, smart and mysterious Similar atmosphere (Kyokou Suiri is a bit darker as of this moment of Tantei) Plot is based on solving paranormal mysteries or alike 

both share the mystery genre and are kinda dark. you're gonna love them both. 

Compared to In/Spectre, has a bit less dialogue-based interactions. In bunny girl, it is a bit more with scientific concepts, whereas this is more on hypothetical instancess, deductions, and inferences. There is some good Rom-com with both shows too.  

The relationship between the female and male leads are similar. Both are about people who seem normal to the outside world but have supernatural powers. 

He, the main male protagonist, finds themselves stuck with an unusual partner, someone they didn't want the help of along with being dragged into problems unlike the ones they've dealt with before. Then there's the art for both. 

Both shows have an overpowered male lead and a childish looking female lead. Both shows are part of the supernatural and mystery genres. 

Both have detective and supernatural themes. Both main characters have a quirky partner and together they try to solve complex mysteries. Great storylines too. 

Both are thrilling anime involving mysteries, the supernatural and a romance between the two primary characters. Also both need more episodes ya know 

The protagonist is a teenager that can see youkaï, spirits and other paranormal beings Some youkaï see the MC as someone who can help them, some others see the MC as a target or a threat Natsume Yuujinchou is however more light-hearted (in a certain way, because it also deals with a lot of drama and sad stuff) and more a SoLesque anime than Kyokou Suiri

Bungou Stray Dogs and Kyokou Suiri share some similarities, as they both incorporate an air of mystery and investigation involving supernatural powers or characteristics. These seinen anime series have resemblances, although not everyone may appreciate the comparison since Kyokou Suiri aims to be a more intellectually-focused investigative anime, while Bungou Stray Dogs doesn't solely revolve around that aspect. 

The same supernatural themed anime where it has two individuals , one guy and one girl whom were in the business of dealing with rogue spirits and other supernatural entities whom were running amuck.  

Both of these works follow a very similar plot and story structure and MC. The world is full of yokai who mostly persist hidden from the eye of humans, despite interacting with them. In both, the MC is a renowned expert and is summoned by yokai to solve problems occurring in between the world of yokai and humans. The MC is a rude woman with powerful intelligence and is able to investigate and solve the issue with ease. The tone is somewhat different in either case. Kyokou Suiri focuses more on the sleuthing part, sort of a Sherlock Holmes type story, while Bai Yao Pu focuses more on the beauty of the situation. Both are dialogue-driven shows, and in both stories, the protagonists act as mediators between humans and other non-human beings.  

Similar vibes. Quite similar art-styles. Both shows are about yokai or the supernatural. Some amount of gore and dark themes.  

Young adults deal with urban legends in a supernatural atmosphere 

if you like death note or mystery-solving anime, i recommend kyokou suiri  

In/Spectre and Uta Kata are two fantasy anime directed by Keiji Gotoh, and despite the latter anime's cover, both shows actually have somewhat similar levels of slow pacing and dark storytelling. The main character in both shows is a girl who has feelings for a boy who is several years older than her. She also has connections to (as well as can see) spirits, which was eventually given to her with a heavy price. 

Both are dialogue heavy series, and feature the concept of power being equivalent to viewership approval. Also feature fictional characters that appear in the real world because of viewers.  

Both anime are based on manga/novels written by the same author. Because both are from the same author there are a lot of similarities, such as - both dealing about something supernatural - similar characters (Aika & Hakaze are together Iwanaga; Kuro being very similar to Yoshino) - both being detective stories, although Zetsuen has just one big mystery and so on. If you enjoy one, you might consider giving the other one a try as well  

The protagonists of both animes are people in In/Spectre and humanoid youkais in Bem with superpowers. They have to restore order in the city, fighting with different kinds of creatures. 

Did you find the concept of eating a mermaid's flesh and becoming immortal fascinating? Both of these animes have a protagonist that did just that. On top of that, both series feature various other creatures from Japanese mythology and mysteries. They both also have a male/female partner protagonists, with more or less romantic tension between them. 

A lavishly dressed young person with a mysterious past solves supernatural mysteries in partnership with a tall, dark, and handsome man who isn't exactly what he appears to be on the outside. Both series feature blood and murder, but give a good dose of comedy in-between so nothing gets too heavy for too long. 

The drama and progression of the story line have a similar feel. The pacing of the shows of smaller cases that lead up to a large multi-episode arc is also similar. 

Both shows revolve around solving, or, in Kyoukou Suiri case, providing a plausible explanation, to one central murder mystery set up by a female antagonist. The process involves lots of theorizing and imaginary sequences. 

Looking for a mystery anime set in a world with paranormal happenings? Both shows solve mysteries whyle showing the past and background of the characters - which is definitely not "normal" or "usual". Both shows have a male and female lead who are geting to know each other throughout the series. The vibes of the two anime is somewhat similar too in my opinion. 

If you like the concept of urban legends affecting real world, uwasas in Magia Record and the main mystery in in/Spectre (starts after a few episodes), both of these animes could be an interesting watch. Also cute girl as a main character! 

The main antagonist of In/Spectre is an enigmatic steel beam wielding maniac attacking people at random, inspiring fear and mass hysteria in people who believe she exists. She is similar to the anonymous Lil Slugger from Paranoia agent who attacks people at random with a golden bat. Both series focus on the panic, media coverage, and investigation of the unknown psychos. Paranoia Agent is more serious than In/Spectre. 

Welp, I can say, the shows is kinda same, but most of them not. Unlike Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun, the main character of Kyokou Suiri serial is a demigod. Both series is talking about somewhat of "demolishing" the exaggerated youkai(s). 

Special fragile girls, watching with their powerful wills and souls, demons and spirits and talking to them, something feels similar... 

Gaslighting The Anime Both of the shows are "reverse mystery", which means that we as an audience already know what happened and who is the culprit, while protagonist's job is to deceive other characters into beliving false turn of events. 

A loli girl and a couple trying to deal with various evil spirits, ghosts, supernatural issues and hauntings, while also investigating as to why the various hauntings happened in the first place so as to properly resolve it. With the help of other spirits and their own powers. While both animes have their own comedic, lighthearted and dark moments. Dark Gathering was generally more grim while it's art and tone appearing to be light and humorous at times while In/Spectre have a more mature and serious tone and art but was generally more light hearted and less dark.  

Both anime have a smart loli, accompanied by an older guy, as an MC. Both are mystery/fantasy. 

Surprised no one recommend this similar anime for a while except me. Both series have a weird mysterious strange girl being very infuriated with the male lead. Both series was about investigating some mysteries relating to murder or psychological crime. Both series delves into the psychological reasoning and motivations of people. Both series have a fair share of violence, death, crazy people and plot twists.
