Both main couples of the anime try to define/understand their romantic feelings of each other. Rikekoi has a more scientific aspect to it in terms of "quantifying" their love whilst Kaguya-sama is a battle of wits to see who ends up confessing their feelings for each other. 

Our main characters both are in love with each other and over analyse the concept of love. Both good comedy series and share an education setting.

They both have the same theme of a male & female couple that are obviously in love with each other, but both deny it. The main differing part is that in Kaguya Sama, they try to get each other to prove it, so it's like two tsunderes that are in love with each other, but in Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei shitemita, they try and do wacky experiments (just activities normal couples do) to prove their love.  

It involves two geniuses whom were in love with each other, but keeps beating around the bush........................................................................................TCH! 

Two geniuses have uncommon view of love that prevents them from actually starting to date. 

Similarities: - Two characters whom were part of the upper echelons of academics, but were the lowest of the low when it comes to romance. -Two same characters whom has to go through a lot of wishy washy run around rather that just say it directly. Dissimilarities: -Both have the same deuteragonist characters whom were with the two protagonist, but in one anime the deuteragonist there was just as useless as the two protagonists there. While in one anime the deuteragonists there were pretty useful, but the two protagonists were a duo of thick skulled morons. -The settings were different where one was in a school setting while the other was more on the graduate school setting.  read more

In Kaguya two tsundere try to get each other to confess. In rikei two scientists try to prove they are/aren't in love. Both shows have a similar atmosphere and the characters in each show are to an extent a perfect copy of one another

Like Kaguya-sama, the characters of Science Fell in Love are hopeless romantics who find themselves in the most ridiculous situations trying to get into a relationship. With fun, lovable side characters alongside them, they have the unique chemistry that only two scientific geniuses experiencing love for the first time can have. Science Fell in Love is a perfect follow-up for fans of Kaguya-sama. It is set in college, unlike Kaguya-sama, but the mood throughout the show remains the same. 

Both anime are about 2 people who refuse to acknowledge that they love one another. It is obvious to everyone else who watches that they do love each other. They are both really cute couples and are excellent rom-com anime. 

Both have two characters who are in love, but do not want to expose their feelings. Also, in each ep some different "adventure" happens similar to love is war. 

Both shows have innocent couples that are trying to navigate love for the first time. Both couples are over the top, clueless, and hilarious. 

These series wherein love is explored in unique way but comes up with comedic struggles. Both the main characters from them uses intelligence as their tactic to explore something to discover and prove the romantic feelings from each other. 

RomCom. Main characters have interests for another but doesn't believe its true? So they tried their best to find out the truth.  

I own all mangas (#23 for Kaguya and #10 for Rikekoi) for both series. Both shows have smart main characters who are good at everything except for romance. Both shows feature characters making baby steps (and tons of mistakes) while they try to get together. Kaguya has more dark moments (and more depth to the characters and story) while Rikekoi is composed almost entirely of happy lovey-dovey scenes. In other words, I feel that Rikekoi is the less dramatic, easier-to-consume cousin to Kaguya, but both shows are equally awesome. 

they are both hilarious and the main leads know that they are in love but doesn't believe it which would have made it kinda annoying but the execution is great. CHECK THEM OUT! 

Adult acting like teenagers in love, pretty wholesome. 

workplace dramas about two dorky and awkward adults (science-types & otakus) that aren't quite sure on the meaning of love 

-Two come-of-age adults who met during their youth, fall for each other but have trouble realizing it until later -The male protagonists are partly similar in their assertiveness and general attitude -Try giving the other a go if you enjoyed the first... You might enjoy it :) 

Romcom with "older" characters (beyond high school). RikeKoi involves science loving grad students, Wotaku involves office working otakus. Watch this if you want a romcom involving post high school grad characters. 

similarities: -The same romcom that involves two protagonists with the same passion for something. - The same set of protagonists that has to go through a lot of wishy washy stuff before they decide to fell in love with each other. - The same set of deuteragonists whom also have romance for each other. Dissimilarities: -One was in an office setting where the protagonists were a bit of oddballs. While the other one were a duo of science freaks. -One has another pair of deuteragonists whome were also in a relationship , while the other has 3 set of deuteragonists where the other one was more like a neutral character.  read more 

Both share a similar style of comedy in their romance without being too serious! The characters in both are interesting and fun to watch with the chemistry being great!

Shows a pretty unique love story with great comedy that also explains another branch of science.  

Search for optimum. RikeKoi and Monthly Girls both follow protagonists who aim to make the best out of their ability in some love-related affair for either entertainment reasons or scientific ones. RikeKoi's search for the objective reasoning of love and Monthly Girls' quest in trying to make a good manga feature countless interactions with many unique and interesting characters in their own view of the topics and how they can help improve Yukimura and Nozaki's current ambitions. Both are good rom-coms for the fans of the genre looking for something in that category. Both are interesting enough to have a plot covered in unique execution.
