Miira no Kaikata

Both of these Winter 2018 anime run primarily on small things being adorable. Both are light-hearted, sweet series that will make you go "Awww!" several times an episode, even if that's pretty much all they do. 

Similar moods and situations, though one is about absurd marriages and one is about pets. There's not much to think about in either, but can be enjoyable if you are in the mood for very simple and lighthearted monster stories. 

They both have the same tone and feel. Also the voice actor for the main characters are the same in both shows. They have the same kind of humor, they're light-hearted and they're both about someone who gets an unusual guest that starts living in their home. 

Both shows here deal with your every day slice of life, but with a touch of the unknown to lighten up the show. Watching Flying Witch will leave you with the same wholesome and charming effect that both of these shows manage to capture leaving you with a smile on your face as your heart gets warmed by it. 

Kindhearted boys in the present day have encounters with the supernatural that range from cute and funny to scary and sad. They make friends with other teens and a motley but mostly cuddly assortment of critters. Together they laugh, cry, and go on mild adventures. You'll probably laugh and cry, too, often in the very same episode. 

They are shows focusing on humans taking care of small creatures, that are meant to be more cute. PriPri Chii-Chan!! is more about the cute and funny situations both the girl and the creatures have, as well as all the different characters with distinct personalities that they meet. "How to keep a Mummy" meanwhile takes a better look at it's group of human characters and creatures. It's a lot more grounded and tries to take a look, at what these creatures would eat/do/what kind of abilities or personalities they have and more. Plus, it does have a little more drama with each of the main human characters. 

Youkai/Mummy around... They show you the possitive side of them. 

Wholesome and adorable slice of life anime. 

Friends taking care and raising pets together, also both have comedy aspects.

Both are extremely fluffy slice of life anime starring a young protagonist who is good at housework. They were both made by the same studio as well, so animation and art style wise, they are similar as well.  

Both focus on mythical creatures intercepting a human's life in fun ways. Orenchi no Furo Jijou takes it in a more comedic way instead of being cute but if you like the idea of mythical creatures in our normal world definitely watch this. It is also a short form anime so it will only take around an hour to watch 

Both are wholesome, heartfelt anime about raising fantastical creatures. Both have magical realist elements. 

The daily lives of an ordinary schoolboy and his miniature, vaguely humanoid friend. 

Both anime are about keeping and raising unusual pets. Both anime shows elements of Japanese folklore and youkai in modern world. Both of them are cute, funny, not long and simple plot series. 

Light-hearted and sometimes heartwarming, these two anime are aimed for individuals who are into adopting small adorable creatures as part of their family. 

The personalities of Abeno and Ashiya remind me of Tazuki and Sora. Both series also have a cute mascot (Moja & Mii-kun) while featuring other creatures on an episodic basis. Both series are recommended if you're looking for a slow-paced, cute, relaxing series.
