Genocyber

A sweet girl, who is an overpowered monster full of hatred against the majority of humans, she was treated very bad by humans, as an object, as a freak, as a weapon. Humans have caused enormous suffering and pain in her, so she is unstable, and tends to kills easily the people. But she still could be friendly with innocent persons, kids and animals. And she get mad and uncontrollable against attackers. The shows contain violent death of children. 

These series both feature mutants who can wreck shit with telekinetic abilities, conspiracies involving said mutants, overly misanthropic themes, nudity and enough gore to fill an ocean. 

Organization that performs experiments with beings that reached a new stage of human evolution, forming a being capable of turning humans into gods, a biological weapon. In addition, these beings lose control when they feel threatened by the existence of violence in the human being, and wish to eradicate it by the loss of their loved ones and the happiness that was taken from them. 

Elfen Lied is basically the spiritual successor to Genocyber. Both of these titles are very disturbing for the graphic content of blood, gore, nudity and violence. They also have similar themes and characters as both of these anime that government experimentation of people that are meant to be used as weapons and our main character going crazy by killing people with ultra violence.  

Both shows are underestimated and stigmatized as edgy gore-anime (particularly Genocyber) while acutally having a deep and sad story about children with superpowers who are alienated by society. 

Genocyber is like an amalgam of Akira & Elfen Lied. Since E.L. anime didn't age so well give Genocyber a try, you won't be disappointed.  

Both are action-packed anime and came out in a similar time period (late 1980's-early 1990's) with similar animation, similar vibe, and a similar dark sci-fi tone. Both anime take place in the future and feature an evil organization which experiments on people. The main protagonist in both anime goes berserk after being subject to sadistic violence and madness. Both anime has a lot of violence, blood, and gore. If you liked one, you'd like the other.  

These anime both feature telekinetic beings, experiments conducted by secret organizations on said telekinetic beings, a futuristic setting and tons of gore. 

Both are dark and broody cyberpunk stories with alot and i mean alot of ultra violent shit thats in it especially human expiramentation. 

These two old sci-fi anime have a similar dark futuristic sci-fi tone to them as they are filled with blood, gore and ultra violence. They both have government experimentation of people to be used as weapons and our main character going crazy with mad power. 

Akira and Genocyber are both interesting classic anime. While Akira is by far the more popular and successful series, both have quite a few similarities. Both are super action packed with that old school anime violence, although Genocyber is far more gruesome. I'd even argue it's one of the most brutal series out there. Without getting into spoilers Akira and Genocyber also have similar themes about scientific experimentation, uncontrollable power, and war. If you like Genocyber I can pretty much guarantee you'll like Akira. And if you like Akira, then there's a good chance you'll like genocyber. 

Both are extremely trashy OVA about a shape shifting test subject running wild and killing everyone in the progress. Also both are very gory and have a huge amount of blood. 

Genocyber and Baoh, both: * A group of scientists discover an unmatched power, a biological weapon built to destroy all their opponents, including them. * The protagonist knows friendship, evil, getting involved in emotions that increase his power. When his power is revealed, an entire army will try to destroy it even knowing how difficult it is to do so. * They are classic Japanese animation, with action, and a sample of graphic violence, which today has been reduced by censorship. 

Ultraviolent old-school sci-fi OVA about an escaped test subject who turns into an alien creature. Psychic powers are involved. Watch it for the great art... wrong place to look for a deep story. 

From the same director, and has an equally hilarious dub, combined with the goriest of 90's ultraviolence, these two masterpeices go together like bread and butter. 

Both are directed by Kouichi Oohata and the appeal is roughly the same, the two share tons of gory moments, cool sci-fi designs, weird stories and a banger soundtrack. 

Another violent cyberpunk OVA from same era. 

Both are ridiculously underrated classic OVA's which are super-brutal and therefore easily dismissed as "edgy" while actually being dark and tragic in the best sense. They both give of this very special 80's/90's OVA feeling of melancholy and nostalgia. 

Both are pretty violent stories that can be easily be finished within a day or so and both have a grim cyberpunk/future like setting to it especially where anyone can get killed in horrific ways. 

These two anime have a similar feel to them as they are both filled with blood and gore with a futuristic, gloomy feel to them. Not to mention in both of these anime, our main character has gained a certain power that can be used to kill other people as they try to find themselves amdist a harsh world. 

Lots of gore, Post-apocalyptic, one powerful entity passing judgement on others. 

Both are cyberpunk themed stories with lots of chaotic action and violence to them. 

It's Saturday night. That means you get unimaginable violence, gore, atrocity, and armored characters served '80s '90s style with a nice bloody saucy aftertaste! Bon appetite! 

Both of these anime are filled with blood, gore, nudity and gruesome deaths. These two anime are not for the faint-hearted. These two anime have our main character turning into a monster and killing people with ultra violence. Not to mention these two anime deal with the the darkness of humanity and have a very dark and depressing feel to them. 

Another violent cyberpunk OVA with lots of destruction as military and science types try to control the ultimate weapon they've created.
