Both anime involve a protagonist who is being held hostage by scientists for research purposes in order to transform them into weapons. Both characters are capable of morphing into a strong monster that kills other people. Genocyber and Baoh have demonstrated certain character links deep inside their personalities. They are also action-packed anime with plenty of violence and gore with a dark and bleak sci-fi tone. If you liked one, you'll like the other.

Both are extremely trashy OVA about a shape shifting test subject running wild and killing everyone in the progress. Also both are very gory and have a huge amount of blood.

Genocyber and Baoh, both:
* A group of scientists discover an unmatched power, a biological weapon built to destroy all their opponents, including them.
* The protagonist knows friendship, evil, getting involved in emotions that increase his power. When his power is revealed, an entire army will try to destroy it even knowing how difficult it is to do so.
* They are classic Japanese animation, with action, and a sample of graphic violence, which today has been reduced by censorship.

Ultraviolent old-school sci-fi OVA about an escaped test subject who turns into an alien creature. Psychic powers are involved. Watch it for the great art... wrong place to look for a deep story.
