Mikakunin de Shinkoukei

Both are romantic anime where the main protagonist doesn't know that they has a fiance. In the anime the fiance arrives suddenly and make the life enjoyable. I recommend to watch both. 

In both shows, you can find: - A girl with red hair as lead character, both of whom are very attractive to look at (though with almost entirely opposite builds – Chiyo is small in both regular size and boob size, while Kobeni is taller and quite well-endowed) - A somewhat atypical, even unusual teenage romance (between either the leads or the side characters), the extent of which becomes more clear as the show progresses - A somewhat stoic, even dense male lead (which is mostly played for comedy in either show) - Interesting, funny, even quirky side characters. Also, Doga Kobo is responsible for the animation production in both shows, and those who are familiar with the show's works shouldn't have any problem seeing the (visual) similarities between them. Lastly, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is more focused on comedy than romance, while Mikakunin de Shinkokei is more romance-focused than comedy-focused (although there are plenty of scenes in the show that can really make you laugh as well). read more 

Anime dealing with arranged marriage. In Nisekoi, the main characters must be a couple in order to stop rivalry between mafia groups. In Mikakunin de Shinkoukei aka Engaged to the Unidentified, our main couple are engaged due to an incident that happen in the past. Both anime deals with school, life, romance, comedy, and drama. Add love triangle to spice things up. Both anime airing this year.

An idiosyncratic finance moves into the house of the main character in episode one and the romantic comedy progresses from there.  

Love takes on an innocent style. For both Aichi Kocchi and Mikakunin de Shinkoukei, it follows group of friends at school and home as they live life at fullest. Within the centerpiece of their stories involve the concept of love, a concept that becomes complicated through each episode. There is a lighthearted background with humorous dialogues between the characters. They also follow more of a slice of life format as opposed to a linear story. 

Both share similarities with the premise of a romance, yet the content leans more to comedy. Both are pretty light hearted with little drama. The romantic couple is set from the beginning, but progresses very slowly, since the shows are heavy with the comedy parts. Another similarity is from the cast, both are dominated by female characters. 

The art is totally the same, vibrant colors, and white shadings on the edges of everything... There are lots of comedy in both anime, as well as hilarious misunderstandings and also bits or romance.. Also, both anime share a secret that is the reason for the somewhat awkward behavior of one of the main characters. I highly recommend both of them, if you are a fan of comedy/drama ^^

Both have a reddish haired girl as protagonist, who was engaged to someone without her knowledge. In Haikara, the protagonist moves to the fiance's house and gets to meet his family, in Mikakunin the fiance moves to the protagonist's house, bringing family members with him. In both cases, the protagonist has to deal somehow with the new situation, and gets gradually attached to the fiance. If you are interested in a romcom with an arranged engagement, both titles may be for you. 

Both are decent slice of life series with a lot of humour. There are some characters you will find similarities in their personalities from both series,like Benio from Mikakunin de Shinkoukei is somewhat similar to Kyoko-san from working!!.Like they are always being admired by some yet some finds them stupid. Both have romance but in this point of view Mikakunin de Shinkoukei has the upperhand. 

Both are comedic slice of life shows with mostly female characters. They both also have one character with a younger sister obsession, which is often entertaining, and there are some supernatural elements in both. Gochuumon does not really have any romance, aside from some yuri undertones. Romance is a feature of Mikakunin, though it is not as prevalent as you might expect given the name of the show. Both are very enjoyable and really quite funny. 

In both shows, the main character gets engaged in the first episode without their consent. Their fiancé and associated people move into their house and start living with them and attending their school. There are also a lot of supernatural aspects in both. Both shows are very funny, although their humor is quite different. Mikakunin involves mostly comedy among the female characters, while a large part of the humor in Seto is due to the male characters. Despite both shows being about an engaged couple, neither focus too much on romance and rely on comedy instead. They both do have some romance, but that is not their primary objective. Flying Witch and Engaged to the Unidentified are bright and uplifting anime with cheerful and fun openings. I love that they both have fantastical societies that most people are unaware of, and being able to get a peak into what society could be like with these changes. They also have endearing and quirky characters which I don't want to say goodbye to when the series ends.

A slice-of-life comedy about growing up with family and childhood friends with a supernatural twist. Mikakunin completely lacks the Ecchi component and has more slap-stick moments. Both series have a large cast of wholesome likeable characters. Both feature love interests that live in the same house. Both anime are about a shy main character learning to be more confident in themselves.

If you need a good slice of life romance this anime can be said to be quite good even I can guarantee it because it is similar, because the story of life is not monotonous which makes it good I recommend it. 

Most of the time, there’s slice of life elements that happen between the girls in the school that create some of the best comical moments 

Both are overall very lighthearted and sweet, Soredemo has less fan service and is a little more serious but the main idea of both shows are pretty much the same. Both have a girl who has to marry against her will and ends up getting along with her partner-to-be.  

both are very very good slice of life and full of comedy .....well and also mikakunin has romance where nagasarete have harem-romance . 

they both have cuteness overload and if you are looking for cuteness you will love it . 

- Transfer student - Live together with engaged people - Keeping secret about engagement - Siscon Different: - In Mikakunin the fiance is not human - In Mikakunin the boy came to the girl, but in Akaneiro the girl did 

Key point: a very similar art style with heavy lighting between the line and the colour so it looks like there's a streak of white at the edges. Both are slice of life shows revolving around unexpected visitors with light comedy. Aside from that though they're very different from each other in atmosphere, plot, and quality. 

Both anime are romantic comedies that deal with daily situations along with supernatural occurrences. If you like one of them, you're bound to like the other 

Both have teenagers that discover they are promised to be married. 

Both are love comedies. The setting is a bit similar, however characters personalities are a bit opposite. In both animes the guy moves in to the girl's house with his little sister. In tonagura, they were neighbors, but technically it was the same since they have to eat and spend most of the time on the girl's house. In both animes the main girl has an inferiority complex with her older sister. In both, the main girl's Older sister teases the guy's little sister, who is afraid of her as result. 

Even though the plots are completely different, they both have the same feel to it. The bgm is really similar and the characters are really similar giving both shows a similar atmosphere. Also, there are many references to countryside people being unfamiliar with the city. So if you enjoy one you'd probably enjoy the other. 

Both anime involve a person who lived in a mounted going to the city to meet a special person the only different is that one anime is more action then the other but they both contain comedy.  

Arranged marriages with drama. Both series has a slice of life tone involving the characters and their daily lives. Mikakunin de Shinkoukei has an additional element involving supernatural themes. They focus on back stories, mostly involving the main characters. Revelations are revealed and realism takes hold. Both series has romance although Ai Yori Aoshi: Enishi expands on more than just a love triangle. The main male character has a stoic yet responsible personality as they take charge of their lives with their new circumstances.  

Orange-haired, well-mannered and respected lady who also adores little girls and loves skinship and to make them wear cute clothes? Check. Dark-haired loli with a bit of an attitude and a tsundere streak, but clings around a quiet man all the time? Check. A girl who is very capable and tries very hard, but is often flustered and eclipsed by the louder and brighter people around her? Check. Huh... 

In both anime, the main character is forced into a relationship with another character. Both of these anime contain a little bit of drama, but overall they are lighthearted romantic-comedies. 

Everything has a similar fell. They're both lighthearted slice-of-life romantic comedies that were refreshing, fun to watch, with good romance. The characters are great and loveable. The art style, especially the eyes, is really similar. And they're both bound to make you laugh! 

Similarities: -Both have an animal character that looks like a human that protects the protagonist -Both have a character that wants to marry the protagonist Differences: -The story and plot are fundamentally different -Omamori Himari is more ecchi and fan-servicey than Mikakunin -Mikakunin is more slice of lifey  

Almost identical. Both are about humans and people who can turn into different animals. Though, as of episode 8 of Mikakunin de Shinkoukei there are only 4 non-humans the female lead knows, while in Fruits Basket the female lead knows there are many non-humans that can turn into each animal of the zodiac. Also, in Mikakunin de Shinkoukei the Male lead is engaged to the female lead, while in Fruits Basket the female lead meets the Male lead family by chance. Both are comedic, romantic, and light (not counting the last episode, or two of Fruits Basket). 

I`m adding this purely because both Anime`s have the best Comedy and are simply adorable. The story of both anime are completely and utterly different, but for those looking for comedy and good laughs should try both of these out. 

From the studio behind the Yuri series "Yuru Yuri" comes a romantic comedy following the daily lives of the high school girls. Though the main basic concept and theme on both of these shows are centered around "Love," where a male character is introduced to make the story interesting. Expect some relationships as the story goes on, some cute moments, likable characters, and some Chibi scenes. Love Lab, follows a tomboy girl who helps her friends from the student council to explained how does love work. Mikakunin follows a high school girl where a boy was introduce in front of her, who reveals a "Soon-to-be-finance." 

Their are strange unique powers that the main character used for something that is important or keeping it a secret. It has similar content on the story such as supernatural and mysteries on the main character, but it retains is comedy format and some drama moments. Expect some secrets, romance, and likable characters. Mikakunin de Shinkoukei follows a girl who is unexpectedly have a soon-to-be-husband with some secrets behind him. Inari, follows a girl, who have the ability to transform into a different person. 

Something about aliens? This anime is a bit similar to engaged to the unidentified, it has romance but it doesn't have a lot of good laughs. Well I guess it is really similar because of the fact that the main characters suddenly lived under the same roof suddenly, and one of the MC is some sort of alien. I guess I've made my point.
