Boobs. Oh, boobs. Big, huge, giant, round, firm, fallen. They are everything. In "Seikon no Qwaser" and "Manyuu Hikenchou" put aside the characters, disregard the poor plot, despise the median animation, and don't pay attention to the weak soundtrack. Be boobs being stolen or boobs being sucked, these two animes idolize and abuse of this female body part. Excluding the strong ecchi content, they are nothing more than a bad and forced comedy. But in the case of these two animations, it would be stupidity expect something more ...

Primarily female cast and a lot of focus on big breasts. Both also have girl-on-girl action (far more in Valkyrie Drive), and even some regular action (the one where they fight).

Gigantic tits, plethora of fanservice and story that actually lore-wise depends on these massive mammaries.

Similarities; Both have, ecchi, samurai, martial arts, action, fantasy and magic genre. Both features, fanservice and BOOBS and Panty shots. Both were set in an alternate Japan. Both have chiquitas (main female lead) who were either ditzy, retard or stupid. Both have main female characters who welds a samurai sword. Dissimilarities: Though, both animes have fanservice in them, one is more of panty shots while the other has more to do with BOOBIES. In MH, has an extra yuri genre while HRSG, has harem as its extra genre. In HRSG, there is a muchacho who seems to exercise some form of influence with his harem, while in MH it is the chiquita  read more

Similarities: Both were set in the early part of historical Japan. Both have ecchi, history, martial arts, action, parody and magic genre. Both involves a main female character who is a skilled swordsman (or woman for that matter). Both female characters wear little or skimpy clothing. and there the usual fanservice and there is your typical yuri. Dissimilarities: One involves BOOBS, BOOBS and BOOBS, while the other one is more on the exotic sexy side. The chiquita (female lead) in MH weals a traditional samurai sword, while the chiquita (I'm referring to Oda Nobunaga) in SOMP weals a rather long and big broad sword. MH is more of a duo of  read more

If Bikini Warriors is Monalisa then Manyuu Hikenchou is The Birth of Venus. Such was the level of artistry that these two masterpiece anime depicted. If you're looking for the pinnacle of oppai drawing in anime, look no further than these two works of art that will stand the test of time.

Both series' have obscure plots which focus heavily on erotica (or "plot") with the actual plot acting more as a placeholder

Both these shows make me laugh because I find their fanservice so ridiculous. In both cases, I'm pretty sure the creators intended the self-parody, which makes both great fun for anyone who can appreciate that kind of humor. (...not absolutely sure though, which is part of the fun.) For Manyuu Hikenchou, even the title falls into the ecchi silliness. If you'll forgive my (less than perfect) Japanese, I might translate Manyuu as "demon(ic) boob" and Hikenchou as "secret sword book". Think Jim Carey as the Riddler: "Was that over the top? I can never tell." Cross Ange also derives humor from its title, but in a  read more

alot of fan service. panty and oppai shots. very good fight scenes.

Both are erotic anime starring an attractive blue haired girl who is the successor of a skilled warrior clan. Both girls have a sidekick who pervs on them (Kaede and Nin-Nin) for comic relief. La Blue Girl is straight up hentai and while Manyuu Hikenchou has sexual situations it only shows boobs. Tons of them, though. I think if you like one you would like the other for sure.

Both series have a lot of fanservice (NSFW) but also some funny moments as well and some entertaining fight scenes. The first episode of each series might seem to imply that the whole show has excessive violence, but it's not as bad as some reviews say it is.

Similarities: Both involves chicks who can kick ass and with big boobs, BOINK! BOINK! Both shares the same shojo, action and ecchi genres, BOINK! BOINK! Both main chicks has a side kick who joins them in thier journey, BOINK! BOINK! Disimilarities: MH has an extra martial arts, samurai, yuri and history genre, While Grenadier has adventure and comedy as its extra genre. In Grenadier the chick has 2 side kicks, one is a man and one is a kid, while MH only has her loyal aide as her sidekick. When it comes to being seen naked, the main chick in MH is very much reluctant unless it's  read more

Similarities: - Centered around the same time period - Have a decent focus on boobs (Hanyuu having more of one) - Mainly girl only cast - Have girl love elements to them - Give off the same atmosphere - Travel from town to town and no two episodes relate much other than to progress their journey's Differences - Size of the traveling party - One main character is praised for her looks and the other is made fun of for them - Koihime incorporates side characters into it's storyline more than Hanyuu

The comedy is driven by enjoyable yuri scenes and perverted old men that love breasts.
