Boobs. Oh, boobs. Big, huge, giant, round, firm, fallen. They are everything. In "Seikon no Qwaser" and "Manyuu Hikenchou" put aside the characters, disregard the poor plot, despise the median animation, and don't pay attention to the weak soundtrack. Be boobs being stolen or boobs being sucked, these two animes idolize and abuse of this female body part.
Excluding the strong ecchi content, they are nothing more than a bad and forced comedy. But in the case of these two animations, it would be stupidity expect something more ...
Same director and studio as Manyuu Hikenchou.... Same amount of ridiculous fan service with a "passable" plotline.

Plot = Oppai. You've never seen this many boobs in your life.
Seikon no Qwaser = Sucking breasts. Manyuu Hikenchou = Stealing breasts.
Also, both animes include a fair amount of fight scenes.

Both are extremely ecchi content which prioritizes boobs over everything else. They both share a similar feeling, in that you'd be better off watching it for the "plot" rather than the plot
