Long time anime viewer that is very lenient with anime, and as long as it entertains me, I'll finish it. Whether it's romance, ecchi, comedy, or action, as long as I get a kick out of it, then its good enough for me. Also an avid gamer with some of my favorite games being Xenoblade 2, Borderlands 2, Breath of the Wild, Genshin Impact, and Stardew Valley. As for music I like to listen to edm, trap, rap, rnb, kpop, and mainly Japanese music.

Imagine getting to set foot on a actual Island from One Piece. The One Piece theme park did that very thing. And i got to visit there back in 2018.

I wonder if I would feel the same way about it if I saw it for the first time now. I feel like some of its tropes would not bother me as much as it did then now since I am more jaded and immune to the ways of anime storytelling.

Dont give up what you love just because your a "grownup". If your outgrow it your outgrow it, people change but dont let other people do it for you. Thats the only advice I can give you on getting older. Like what you like because you like it and to blazes with what everyone else thinks about it.
