Before, my favorite anime was the one that is in rank 2 or the one in rank 3, but since I caught up with One Piece, or maybe a little earlier, this is my favorite one, I could go on and on saying why, but it will take me ages and no one would read it, so I’m just gonna say it’s because the writing and character development are the best I’ve ever seen, so that’s why it’s number 1, hope it stays here forever…

To put it as simple as possible, this anime made me love anime and realize that animation is not just made for entertainment or for money, it can also be art and have deep meaning, just as any other art form, I already knew that, but NGE showed me that and made me fall in love with anime altogether…

Listen, I know what they say about monogatari fans, but it’s my 3rd favorite anime because of his substance, I know it sounds pretentious, but it’s the reality, I love how this series focus almost all his episodes in 2-3 characters chatting about and philosophize till the point they solve the plot and evolve as characters, and the art style and mind blowing animation helps it too, I just love Monogatari a whole lot…
