Synopsis

Ryuuji Takasu is a gentle high school student with a love for housework; but in contrast to his kind nature, he has an intimidating face that often gets him labeled as a delinquent. On the other hand is Taiga Aisaka, a small, doll-like student, who is anything but a cute and fragile girl. Equipped with a wooden katana and feisty personality, Taiga is known throughout the school as the "Palmtop Tiger."

One day, an embarrassing mistake causes the two students to cross paths. Ryuuji discovers that Taiga actually has a sweet side: she has a crush on the popular vice president, Yuusaku Kitamura, who happens to be his best friend. But things only get crazier when Ryuuji reveals that he has a crush on Minori Kushieda—Taiga's best friend!

Toradora! is a romantic comedy that follows this odd duo as they embark on a quest to help each other with their respective crushes, forming an unlikely alliance in the process.

Easy 10/10. why a 10 for a generic plot romcom anime? at that time, this was not generic. Toradora become the general standard plot for romcoms. this was somewhat a breakthrough that made the standard of what a good romcom/slice of life should be.

I don’t really know much about the art style but, if i remember correctly and i did go to the list of aired anime in 2008 and before that time. Toradora (maybe) the first anime that shift to the “modern” not anything too sharp and blurry old school type art style on its adaptation.

I’m not a diehard toradora fan, i’m just an ...

Mixed Feelings
Well-writtenWell-written
There are two kinds of camps I have seen when it comes to people who dislike this show. Some will watch the first couple of episodes and just find not to like it, which is somewhat understandable. But then worse fate is being part of the group who watches the show and enjoys it just to have it ruined by the ending.

In a way, I feel like alot of the people who say the ending is fine or even good are on huge doses of copium because they enjoyed the show like I did. I wont spoil it here, but trust me when I say ...

Title: Toradora!

Story

I got up to the 10th episode before I had to drop the anime. Up to that point, nothing relevant or exciting happened. There were no cliffhangers, no developments, and it was so boring that I almost fell asleep multiple times. With Taiga, we have a psychopath as the main character, and Ryuuji, also a main character, who is not interesting at all and lets everything slide. Why he helps someone who constantly treats him so miserably is beyond words. The supporting characters were also boring, monotonous, and devoid of any empathy.

Characters

I don't want to write about each one. But I found the characters ...
