Manga about monstergirls in human society. The main character isn't having it easy ^.^ Both manga have the same feeling in which the main character doesn't have it easy to take care of the monster girl :) 

Dino. Both Gal & Dino and Girlfriend T-Rex feature Dinos in their stories, used in a way to make a fun s.o.l comedy type story. I would say Girlfriend T-Rex leans more comedy side than Gal & Dino's s.o.l elements. Both are fast reads considering each individual chapter is short to go by. 

Lovey-dovey. Something about Girlfriend T-Rex and Oyome-chan has this mood to them that the two female MCs are a lot more different than others in the different manga. Both Oyome and Churio are part-human part-animal people living with someone they are undergoing a relationship with. The two pairs go through all kinds of daily activities where their personalities usually shine the most. Churio being dumb and Oyome being frivolous. Both are good manga that have some kind of romantic element but Oyome-chan does this more than Girlfriend T-Rex 

Comedy Romances featuring Dinogirls, with one character worrying that they'll be their mate's next meal. Biggest difference is that 'T-Rex na Kanojo' features Humans coexisting with Dinosaurs in a modern world setting, and is vanilla. Whereas 'Tyra to Cera' features an all-Dinosaur cast living in a Prehistoric world, and is Shoujo-ai. 

Interspecies relationships. Senko-san and Girlfriend T-Rex both have this nice atmosphere to them about a relationship between a human and a none human. Senko-san does this with the fox deity Senko, in her mission to pamper Nakano for as long as she must. Girlfriend T-Rex is the more slapstick duo of Churio and Yuuma who find themselves caring for one another in a wholesome sense. Both are good comedy and somewhat romantic manga that are just generally wholesome. Both are fast to read as well. 

Same sort of sweet, drama-free romance, except with a different setting. MCs in both learns to deal with a girl who's different from the norm. Both have MC who has their stuff together for the most part. 

Althrough different in genres, they both feature dinosaur monster girls - complete with claws, tail and dinosaur legs. 

So basically monster girl likes guy 

they both involve monster girls and they are both comedy's with short chapters. but the style is also similar in my opinion, there both light harded comedy's. 

Dino. Gon and Girlfriend T-Rex both feature a dinosaur as a main character who uses their instinct more than they use their head. Often times being the cause of experiences that commence in each chapter. Gon is a realistic action-adventure type story featuring real animals. With Girlfriend T-Rex being a s.o.l comedy with just dinosaurs who look a little like humans. Both are fast reads too. Gon having no dialogue, Girlfriend T-Rex having short chapters.
