Fantasy world (1/2 prince is in a game though), bendering them genders, fighting, and drama stuff (like getting all familiar with people who might be considered enemies).

Both are fantasy stories, both have immensely powerful protagonists who completely overpower anyone and everyone they fight.

Good looking main character (who are incredibly overpowered), similar fantasy worlds, lots of wars and fighting, and dramatic pasts (with betrayal and deceptions!). However, Ubel Blatt is a lot bloodier and contains more death and despair.

Both are Manhwas are about protagonist in a foreign word, in ID protagonist is transported, while in Douluo Dalu - reincarnated. And both protagonists are so powerful, from the very start, that every opponent barely offers a challenge for them. But both manhwas offer plenty of action packed battle scenes.

Both main character's enter into different life or world and become different strong beings as they adventure around fighting and recruiting friends. The process in which they learn new techniques in the beginning from having strong individual placed inside them.

the main char in each of the story is really strong and i'm sure when you read it, you'll find the similarity~~

both have really strong main heros and come from a martial arts based land even though id got teleported out of hers. also kinda mix magic and martial arts

Action-adventures set in fantasy worlds. A group of people travel about, fight a lot, use magic, whack each other around....a healthy amount of comedy too.
reportRecommended by IceAndCream
Both series have extraordinary powerful protagonists ( Humans) and antagonists ( Gods) with unique forms of abilities who believe to have a higher authority over humans which also both series portrays many different species with powerful roles and unique fundamentals of abilities as well. The action of each story is top notch and very detailed on every aspect. If you love action with a epic plot, this is for you.

They both are manhwas in a classical fantasy setting (with elves, dwarfs and so on) and contain many fights. Also, the humor they have is somehow similar.

their heros are strong right from the start, beautiful, epic mangas

both are very good manga both have awesome battles both overpowered mains Nanatsu no Taizai is a bit more perverted and slightly bloodier

In both manhwas the main character is extremly powerfull right from the beginning. There is a lot of fighting and the story has a fantasy setting (although a rather different one). They are both long ongoing stories. (id more than 150 chapters, noblesse exceeded 200)

Both are epic fantasy manwha with powerful magic and god-like protagonists. They are also shot through with warmth, humour, great characters and superb art work (kubera's in lush colour, Id's in b&w) and both make for a hugely entertaining read.

You have a character that is pretty special and powerful (Though Melrose seems weak at times and both main characters sometimes cross dress and look like females). The main characters meet new comrades on their quests. Both stories have magic, swordsman, different creatures, and a medieval setting.
reportRecommended by spineslayer
The two main characters are both extraordinary strong swordsman who have a hidden mythical power as well. Both mangas have battles that take place in fighting different kingdoms and have a medieval setting as well. There is magic, magical swords, and regular battle weapons.
reportRecommended by spineslayer
similar in that the main protagonist is from another dimension/world where they are powerful fighters but fooled by someone they trusted. End up in another world to help save it.
reportRecommended by amabebe
They are both about a hybrid human with an extraordinary powers who use these abilities to fight powerful foes on their journeys. There are many different races in both series with unique abilities as well. The action and fight scenes are very well drawn. I'm sure if you like one, you will like the other.

The New Gate is a game come true but Id is rather about someone from a korean country ending up in a different world. Both graphic novels have a strong main character, in martial arts/swordsmanship/etc. And they travel to find a way back home.
reportRecommended by eternal_aria
Similar main character. Has a mysterious past that only the readers get in on gradually, remaining a mystery to all other characters. Is really strong despite appearances. Is constantly confused to be a girl - pissing them off.

If you liked ID you'll probably like Chronicles of the Cursed Sword because... - a sentinent sword - a sudden beginning without much introduction - a chosen human changed into something much stronger and it comes with a price - sword & sorcery - awkward art - chaos deities, gods and demons Main differences are - world & character style and setting - one is more shounen-ish, the other one more shoujo-ish - ID might be more coherent and solid

The action is similar, the heros looks alike and both came from another dimension, they're also fantasy manhwa. I love them . :p
