Just a simple fan of Anime and Manga. Discovered it in high school, was first introduced to it from a roommate. Never got into it until college, in which case I started to first watch anime. Since I was very interested in action, I never thought that a manga with a bunch of pictures could cut it. Well that was wrong, sometimes a manga can expand where an anime is limited.
My main focus I guess into Anime and Manga revolve around Action, good story, and fluid movement (a little anime peeve of mine is fight scenes that are blokish and well, kinda stupid to watch cause they are so poorly animated); so if you're always looking for action to watch, take a look at my lists (most will probably fall under those categories). And if you have a recommendation for me (action or not, I'm starting to delve into non-action little by little), feel free to to tell me! I always appreciate recommendations.
Here is something fun to do, go to
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Anime , type in an anime or manga (like Bleach, One Piece, etc), and then check out all the Tropes that exist for it. Mind you, there is a high probability of you getting stuck on this site for hours clicking on new tropes. Often happens to me.
