Both W-Juliet and Tenshi ja Nai have main guy characters that are dressing as girls for one reason or another. Also, the main girl characters do not act overly feminine... so of course they start to fall in love with each other! Anyway, both these manga are funny and cute, and great gender bender stories. If you liked one, definitely check out the other.

The main characters Takami (Venus Capriccio) and Ito (W-Juliet) are both tomboyish and more 'feminine' guys fall in love with them. Both are about performing arts (music and acting) and although the storyline is quite different, I think that they are both enjoyable to read!

both shoujo, both has alot of cross dressing (guys/girls who dress like the other sex), in both of them the guy dress like a girl because he wants to be an actor, in both of them the girl finds out that the guy is a guy and help him, in both of them there're fighting ad both of them are soooo cute!!!

If you liked W Juliet try Steel Rose. Both have a couple where the guy and girl seem like the opposite of what is typical of the sexes. In Steel Rose, she is a taekwondo olympic athlete while in W Juliet she is the daughter of a doujo owner and good at martial arts. The guy in W Juliet is forced to play the other gender for his acting career while in Steel Rose he seems more feminine yet both are straight. So while Steel Rose is not really a gender bender it has  read more

Romance between a masculine girl and a feminine boy. Both manga analyze gender roles and stereotypes, although their conclusions are completely different.

Both are theater-themed girls' manga. wJuliette features a boy dressed as a woman and has strong romantic and comedic elements. In Glass no Kamen, a rival character is developing, so the confrontation with the rival character in the play is also a highlight.

W Juliet and Arakure both star a bold and daring heroine who gets into all kinds of trouble trying to be helpful and do the right thing. The male romantic heroes are a bit more reserved but often end up both saving the heroine and being inspired by her. Neither story is huge on plot - they're not plausible, they're episodic and sometimes repetitive, there are many stereotypes. But they're both exceptionally enjoyable feel-good reads.

If you enjoy The One, I recommend W Juliet and W Juliet II. It is about a couple who want to go into acting and their challenges in getting into the career. Readers of The One who like very handsome men who can look feminine will love Makoto, the male mc of the series and if you like Lele you will enjoy the strong heroine Ito who is one of my favorite manga heroines because she is tough yet sweet and works hard for her success. W Juliet covers them on their way toward their career and W  read more

Both about acting with gender bender and a sweet romance. :) Really cute! Also has some family troubles. And in both, the girl isn't really considered to be "cute" by others. However, they aren't considered cute for totally different reasons. Read it and you'll see! Definitely worth the time.

both gender benders with the guy more ladylike than the girl. both cute and funny though usotsuki lily is a lighter read

a performing arts story with romance

Both are shoujo romantic comedies about people who hide their real gender for some reason. While Makoto must prove his actor talent by pretending he's a girl, Haruhi must pay for a broken vase by working in a host club and pretending she's a guy.

Both of these mangs are "gender-bender", Hanakimi deals with a girl dressing as a boy, and in W-Juliet there is a guy dressing as a girl. Both are very adorable romance stories with comedy. They're defenitely both worth reading :)

Two funny gender benders where the guy is actually more lady-like than the girl. W-J is cutter, but if you like one, you'll like the other

Both "Venus wa kataomoi" and "W-Juliet" are long-running romantic shoujo series, with multiple supporting charachters and subplots, encapsulating a longer (educational) period of their heroes and heroeines' lives. They are centered around the coming-of-age of a young heroine with a clumsy but very much loving nature -- and the parallel and consequent maturing of her boyfriend and that of their love. If You like one, You will love the other, for sure! :)

Same gender-blending genre of romance. Both female leads tries to be femine for the femine male love targets

If you like a guy who is girlish and a girl who is manly, these are for you. (Granted, in W Juliet, the girlishness is forced.) Both have a sweet, romantic, shojo feel, and are about the bonds between these (almost, and really) gender bending people.
