Your review was awesome. I have seen the original anime and read the manga, so I wasn’t too worried about spoilers. I figured there is no way to fit all of the story into a single movie, so some parts had to be cut. I had only seen the trailers for the movie, and was super excited. While I was searching for more info I came across your review. I cant wait to see the movie once it makes its way to america. Thanks again!

Wasn't saying Gaavs hair was difficult, meaning to say out of all the Slayers characters his is the most ridiculous as in the sheer amount on his head.

I'm talking about this form in the link if you choose to look. I think its cool, seriously find it more interesting than the human form. But in terms of demon designs the anime Darkstar and Shabranigdo (when hes facing Ceifeed) are far superior.

Anyway how many characters have you cosplayed?

Never considered doing cosplay myself, maybe if I had some sewing skills. Though I did think about cosplaying a soldiers outfit from Tanya the Evil. But any anime convention in this region bans anything resembling German military, which I find ridiculous if its fictional.

Ive seen some pretty elaborate hairstyles in anime that might surpass Yu-Gi-Oh. I think Gaav is the only person in Slayers with ridiculous hair, he reincarnated to half human half hair.

Now that I'm thinking of Gaav I kind of wish Rui Araizumi drew monster forms for all of the high level demons. At least the anime gave Shabranigdo more of a demon look than the novels. I do understand why they would want to draw human forms over elaborate monster forms. In the anime it looks like Phibrizzo could resemble Rorschach ink blots, if that was glimpse of his monster body. I think that's pretty cool if that's the case.

Wanted to share one of my favorite Lina lines from the novel is when she says "even when holding back hit like you mean it" when shes blasting those poor bounty hunters, and Gourry being concerned about overkill.

You know I do enjoy talking with you but I feel like my words have bothered you many times. Saying my speculation was an unpleasant experience makes me hesitant to talk about things. It was never my intention to write unpleasant things, or any thing else negatively affecting you. Sorry for the lack of foresight and communication skills.

Just said it was cool you cosplayed Hiei because hes a cool character, thought the hair would be the hard part but I forgot wigs exist.

Hope I didn't ruin any future conversations, might of set the Inn on fire like Naga and getting stuck on the roof.

the water effects can be distracting, especially when eating, so it's good there's an option to turn them off. the motion and staging in 4dx can make focusing on the story tough

the gundam arcade game, senjo no kizuna, sounds immersive but can cause motion sickness due to its realism.

it's interesting that shueisha is releasing roboko's movie on the same day as a conan movie this year. that's a bold move, considering the competition.

looking at merchandise is fun, even if you don't buy anything. limited-edition items can be tempting, but it's easy to collect things you don't use, like drama cds and dvds. however, art books or booklets are nice keepsakes.

Honestly I didnt even get tickets, i missed them last year cause they were sold out and this year too. Bloody scalpers, but i bought it from someone who bought is unable to make it. Hopefully i'm able to attend the concert without any issues.

HAHHA yes, it's the gatcha element. A lot of japan goods are mostly gatcha based as well i have realised, you have to pull until you get said item.
Yes, i watched the movie. Still a good movie, I mean with Miyazaki, you don't really have bad movies. It's either excellent or not too bad.

Amé means both rain and candy and hashi means bridge or chopsticks.
In romaji English lettering they look same but they have different Kanji and it's difficult for a non native to differentiate between similar words just by pronunciation.
I got some candy mixed fruits and mint chocolate candies imported from Germany.

They seasons only have 12 episodes but I get lost it feels longer.

So you're going to music concerts but have you ever attended concerts of famous international artists?

Like once I went to Metallica concert of course against my will but I realized that I much rather listen to digital media than live concerts.
I don't like crowds and it's too loud and the lights are too bright.
Some fans get too excited and cause trouble for others.

Sorry you had to repeat yourself didn't realize I was being repetitive. My theory was just baseless speculation, like when a story has things that will never be explained but I'd like to think of possibilities to fill that void of information. Its not supposed to be wrong or right just fun speculation. Based on what you said it makes sense that Luna wouldn't do such a thing, sorry if that was annoying of me to talk about it.

It was just a theory of mine that Luna started Lina's bad reputation titles, but realistically Lina probably earned them herself.

I don't remember the ceiling demon head illustration, which volume was that in? Do you remember the part where Lina's group invaded the castle acting like body guards taking advantage of the chaos & confusion? Like the part where they convinced a group of castle sorcerers to blast down one of the monsters.

Are you saying that new slayers book might not come out in March?

So what did you cosplay from Yuu Yuu Hakusho, also I'm bad with names what is the Gemaou again? Yuu Yuu Hakusho was the first manga series I obtained, really enjoyed the parts where Yusuke was helping random people as a ghost. Wish that made it into the anime adaptation. Did you keep the manga books when you bought them again?
