Both these serialisations are embedded in detective, mystery, and terrorism.

Manga about masked vigilantes that commit murder as a way to fight against what they percieve as "wrong" elements as they try to not get caught by the police. Yokokuhan is from point of view of the vigilante while Museum is from point of view of the police.

Both have characters who seek justice, kill people and fight the police. There is an investigation in both of the series.

its the same Mangake and the same creepy intention!

Revenge manga in which the main character uses a disguise or alter ego to get back at the unfairness of their past, using violence as needed, and swaying public opinion into their advantage.

Yokokuhan and Brutal both have protagonists who advocate for vigilante justice and they punish criminals outside of the law. While brutal is more well "brutal" with its punishments yokokuhan is lighter with its punishments. Both protagonists feel something is wrong with society and in their own way try to fix it one criminal at a time.

Both are mangas that involve a certain mystery about someone, however, the second (Yokokuhan) is more in a Code Geass footprint without an entire nation involved... A revenge investigated in a more modern era where a Prophet speaks and the thing happens. Anyway, I highly recommend it because I'm pretty sure that whoever read one will like the other a lot.<portuguese>Ambos são mangás que envolvem um certo mistério acerca de alguém, porém, o segundo (Yokokuhan) é mais numa pegada de Code Geass sem uma nação inteira envolvida... Uma vingança investigada numa era mais moderna onde um Profeta fala e a coisa acontece. Enfim, recomendo bastante  read more

Both of these manga are about hackers trying to both get revenge and show to people in their communities oppresion politics and injustices using illegal cyber means resulting in thrilling deduction based cat and mouse chases between them and the police, so, if you liked either one of them, I bet you'll like the other certainly.

Both MCs want to punish the government and all the figure heads in the world and will do anything to see it done. Both MCs take matters into their own hands by becoming vigilantes. Both manga are rooted in drama, mystery, and terrorism, genre components.

Both of these manga deal with slightly different, alternative present world where government is rotten, system is bad and human lifes have little worth. Ikigami's protagonist realises it while working as part of the government maintaining it and starts questioning it, while Yokokuhan's is oppressed citizen who decides to fight it via terrorism. They give of the same vibe as they have similar style of narration, composition and art. If you liked one of them and generally like serious seinen pieces with more realistic approach storywise and in character designes you will enjoy both of these.
