Insight into a mind of a derranged individual as they try to justify murdering others (and general violence). The difference is that the protagonist of Waga Tousou is a historical character, while Kami no Kodomo is completely fictional.

Both manga are exploring Hitler and his motivations. While Waga Tousou is a comic adaptation of Mein Kampf, Shigeru Mizuki's Hitler is a study of Hitler as a human.

Manga: Houkago no Charisma
Houkago no Charisma features clones of great people - Einstein, Mozart, John F. Kennedy (and Hitler!!), etc. all going to the same academy as students to achieve the greatness of their predecessors. Both are based on historical facts. Waga Tousou however is a more serious manga than HAP.
