Both involve random, nonsensical humor. If you like one, you'll laugh at the other 

Both contain similar humor as well as a bizarre and unique world 

Both are hajike as fuck. The absolute randomness with bits of otaku humor sprinkled on top make both of these series ideal for somebody who loves Japanese culture and gag comedy. While the stories and "plot" don't exactly match up, the content is extraordinarily similar at times. I'm genuinely surprised these weren't recommended prior. 

Both have the same kind of humor, full of allusions to shonen mangas such as dragon ball or one piece, parodies of other mangas, etc... Both are full of hilarious fights and situations. 

They are both balls to the walls insane when it comes to comedy. But Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is more of a full randomness, 100Kanojo is a harem Romcom with full of parodies and bunch of shameless references with a dash of wholesome. 

Both Kochikame and Bobobo are very funny and sucessfull Shonen Jump manga. 

they are kind of similar by what comedy comes in the first episode like in dragon ball goku checking bulma with no common sense of a regular kid,in the other hand bo bo bo comes until all the people have lost there hair but when it shows beauty a bout to get hair snatched then bo bobo shows up the comdey starts when mr pickle gets left behind 

Both have that surreal feeling, where anything can happen. In terms of setting & mood, Bobobo is on the lighter, shonen-esque action/adventure side, while CLnO has a definite slice of life/ mild romance feel, with noticeably more humour aimed at an older demographic. The tying similarity between the two is their gag nature and not much else, so one should take this recommendation with a tablespoon of salt, at least.  

They both are pure nonsense and funny as hell.
