The Newbie Is Too Strong is a mixture between streamer manwhas such as: Ranker’s Return (Remake) & Archmage Streamer along with the notorious tower manwhas we’ve seen a thousand times.
Instead of going the more serious route, the manwha seems to be playing on comedy from the chat along with the “lighthearted” looking art. Though, there are times where this manwha seems to be having an identity crisis. Up until every moment, it radiates a wholesome feeling, but seemingly out of nowhere, the mc becomes violent and cold blooded; mixed feelings come from said actions because the art style does not match the violence supposedly

Tower opens up in the world, adventurers are selected randomly by magic forces to climb the tower in an RPG IRL setting with classes, gear, etc. People who enter the tower are free to leave but aren't allowed to speak about what's inside to outsiders so the contents of the tower are a mystery to normal people, except the main character who's sent a recording of himself beating the tower, which he studies to get perfect information once he's invited to the tower. The most absurd and ridiculous series I've ever read. Nothing in this makes sense. It's like the worst leveling up story ever written combined with the worst IRL streaming story ever written. It's so boring and convoluted you'll be wondering how something like this even got published. If your idea of a compelling story is seeing video game popups and streaming chat logs then I guess you found your series. If you read Solo Leveling and thought it was "okay" then this is one million times worse than that. The whole thing is just incredibly shallow and childish. Definitely would never recommend this to anyone.
