with this manga, there's actual progression in romantic developments and character; though that's a god-send, it was an unnatural development forced by the author. However, to have no development over a forced one would simply be idiotic, as one is forgettable; besides for that one flaw in this manga, the characters' chemistry make this manga all the worth more reading. As for the premise, it has a small bit of uniqueness by their being two gals; besides for that, there's not much else except for a bundle of wholesome, cute moments.
There may not be a unique twist on the trope in this manga, but that does not mean it is boring in any way. Carried by the characters' chemistry and development, this manga strangely does not teeter the line of cringe, but rather a light-hearted, fun experience.
