If you want isekai, focused on slow developing monogamous romance, this is perfect for you. OP protagonist gets isekaied as a bad guy, doesn't care for it, and becomes romantically invested in a girl instead - to a healthy amount. Healthy as in eat your vegetables, not as in horny to hell.
Plot is really really slow, but that's the intended appeal of it. Everything changes slowly. The protagonist earns 5 cents of affection points for every chapter with the heroine in it. But you can still buy some good tasting candy, because this is the 80's or whenever and there is no inflation.

I've always had a soft side for love at first sight, love stories. In this one the mc falls in love with healer girl at first sight. The romance progress might seem slow to some, but you'll notice that she does show hints as the story goes on. This is a fluff romance manga. As such, there’s not much drama nor is there a massive progressive plot point — the romance is slow burning. That being said, there is a huge focus on the incorporation of side character romances onto the actual plot, which makes the story much more enjoyable and unique than the average tropey romance story. The plot is very simple — mc falls in love with fml, and he slowly gets her to like him back — of course, this may come across as boring eventually, but there wasn’t many moments of boredom due to how much the side characters ...

Ah yes, this title has been around for a while now and I have been keeping up with the updates that come sporadically.
The story follows the unique plot of an individual falling for another on the opposite side of the spectrum. Demon lord falling for the hero, hero falling for the demon lord, those stories have been around and pop up here and there. For this series specifically, it's not bad but the pacing is very slow.
