The Story nor the character is anything unique, it's filled with tropes. The female lead is sick with some disease, the male lead is this gloomy with 'life sucks & i don't care' type of attitude. The only uniqueness to this manga is male leads story of loving flowers and his pursuit for it. Tropes doesn't necessary mean its a bad thing.
The pacing could have been better, since its a one-shot I know that it wasn't going to show every small developments. But I wish it showed more signs of the male lead falling in ...

Dying. It kinda sucks ngl. It sucked so hard mc here decided he'd go have a little scrap with death via his immortal flower idea.

The concept of immortality is something that has always intrigued me.
