Let's quickly get this out of the way, if you're trying to read something with a great depth-filled story you've made the wrong choice. This is a wonderful Slice Of Life, that warms your heart and makes you go "Wow this is so cute, and lovable." As far as Slice of Life manga's go, this one hits all the points for a cute, romantic, fast& easy read needs. Uchi No Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi (Or My Company's Small Senpai) is the perfect casual read, for those that want the moe and cute reactions.

Its Very Wholesome and just what you need if you're feeling down or just wanna read a wholesome romance. Definitely want an anime adaptation for this The characters are funny and make you want to keep reading chapter by chapter, I started reading and now apparently Im on chapter 18 already, I never knew I could read so quick!
Story: 8/10 Its not very elaborate but its perfect for the genre this series takes place in. It takes place in a Japanese white-collar company where the two main characters work as salarymen. It's story and vibe reminds me a lot of Wotakoi, just they aren't otaku's this ... Feb 2, 2022
It's a very cute, diabetic, and wholesome slice of life manga with absolutely little to no plot/ story besides the one that's written on the synopsis. Having no plot doesn't necessarily mean it's bad, but also depends on the context. And for this particular story, it's one of those "Ah, I'm getting diabetes reading this. It's too sweet" and continue reading. Rather than having a full blown linear story progression it's more of an anthology which isn't bad in itself, so it's quite easy to read and digest.

In the standards of a web manga, this is good, however, in the standards of a manga, this is okay at best. Simply put, there’s no real flow in the story with numerous of developments and depth of characters, instead, the plot revolves around cliches, and the characters act according to their setup. The plot has no real substance — instead of a visible and progressing events, the plot employs the good ol’ tactic of “use a premise to farm clicks until the premise dies.” As such, each chapter has one to two same formulas: The fmc gets mentioned as cute, and there are corresponding uneventful ... |
