I bring everyone great news! Tired of your typical anime/manga tropes? Wish you could read some Marvel comics, but in art style of our cultured ways? Congratulations, pick this up and you get a one way ticket to everyone's beloved Merc-With-A-Mouth.
Shonen Jump has done an official collaboration with Marvel, and brought Deadpool to Japan! In proper fashion if I may add, throw in knock-off Spiderman, special Marvel appearances, and you'll have yourselves a regular good old time.
At no point does this disappoint, aside from being way too short.
Story: 7/10
The story is strong/weak at the same time, it's nothing you need to take serious, but it
...
has that western touch of great comedy, action, and snipping. You have the best of both worlds, manga-drawn "hero" Deadpool, with his American-style personality intact. It's not a ton of story yet but it seems to be building up into something fun and adventurous.
Art: 9/10
The art is amazing, I felt like I'd never get to see a Super-Hero comic, drawn like an anime, but here we are. I've always wanted to read Deadpool like this.
Character: 10/10
How can you not give this a 10, he's a joy to read, his antics, and 4th wall-breaking is astounding and perfect in every way. In no way did the MarvelxShonen take apart our beloved character and water him down. You want censor-jokes? Gross Humor? Gags-galore? Self-Awareness to the max? It's all still here in droves. Maybe... Too much?
I'm going to read every issue that comes out, with a smile on my face. I hope you all enjoy it too

As always, I like to post reviews on less known, and less talked about Manga/Anime. Be it to get more readers, or to at least peak your curiosity, or to steer you away potentially from a mistake I felt I made. This took a bunch of stereotypes, tropes, and cliche scenes, and turned them on their heads and really blossomed an interesting cast of characters, a lovable RomCom, and some unique art style, to deliver a growing & interesting story.
PFItStFJKH ... Man that's a mouthful, since this is an English site, we'll call it Dumb Prefect, which is part of the translated name. Is
...
a coming-of-age Highschool Romance Comedy centered around a prefect who seems stern but... Really is just dense. Stupid, acts before thinking, dense as hell, and doesn't really understand the world around him, he's bound by morals and things he can understand. He's a great leading male because it's refreshing from the typical "I'm a handsome guy" or "I'm ugly and a loser but I can become better" or any of those effects. It's very straight forward, he's unique, dumb, straight-laced, and has a great heart, and he's learning to small things about the social world through a cute girl he just happened to have an instance with.
Story: 8/10
While it may not be heavily in depth, and lacking in certain areas of the story, pay it no mind because it has a great line of story. Our Dumb Prefect, is learning to cope with life, while also "keeping an eye" on Poemu and her friends, while slowly running into the usual "fall in love scenario." You run into a colorful (and I really do mean incredibly colorful) cast of people along the way who brighten up the story in ways it needs. At the end of the day though, you're going to pick this up and read it for the two main characters this story is about, and it's cute, heartwarming, comical, and captivating in light way.
Art: 7/10
Now here is where I hit the struggle-bus, I'm an avid lover of all things unique and risk-taking. As long as they do it right, and put an honest effort into standing out, I can grow to enjoy the unique art styles that are coming out into the scene. The lines, and drawings of Dumb Prefect are anything but usual. The characters are drawn a bit more blocky, but it works out perfectly, lending a hand to some serious tones, comedy sequences, and overall light moods that it aims to be often. I love it, but it's also a bit on the stranger side, and isn't "true beauty" it just works for the scenes.
Characters: 8.5/10
There are so many stereotypes and tropes for characters here, that it's wild. The cast is mostly small, but there's just enough personalities that you find yourself entertained. You have the usual Gyaru Trio (not sure why but Gyaru's usually work in squads of 3), the rule heavy prefect, the suave Librarian, the gangster, the Adult-esque Student Council, and so on. The great thing about Dumb Prefect is, they take those tropes, and flip them on their head by sprinkling in some extra factors that really spice it up. Like "what if our super responsible student council rule enforcer, who are normally studious... Was dumb?"
Enjoyment: 9/10
I'm a sucker for fun, cute, and well-paced RomCom's like this, what can I say? I'm having a great time turtling my way through the uniquely drawn panels, the fun and zany cast of characters. Of course there are some silly points that I just think that it's like any other manga, but while I can't always explain it, this is one of the ones I'm sticking with, and I want to see through. I'm rooting for the two characters all the way, and I think you'll find yourself able to enjoy it as well.

I'm so glad that I popped in to see people already reviewing this Manga, as I have no doubt it will be adapted into an anime.
While this title is very niche, involving vampires, exorcism, children's youth and adolescence, and puberty. A coming of age story where we sprinkle in the occult of Vampires, and what life during the night time is like. It offers a unique view on "what if vampires were cute girls, who aren't out the destroy human kinds, but just live life the way they want to... As cute girls and JKs." Okay so while that isn't the most captivating way
...
to explain it, overlooking the part of the girl vampires, what is amazing is how they "turn people into servants, and turn people into fellow vampires" the unique view on day to day lives, how the art of sucking blood works, and the lack of intense and on-a-knife's-edge drama that normally comes with a story about Vampires. It's a cute, great, and almost innocent story mixed in with some adult humor that really feels like a breath of fresh air, in a world of manga/anime that's been saturated with the same old, same old story-lines and tropes.
Story: 10/10
I'm not very gracious when it comes to giving out 10's, because a 10 means that it's stood above and beyond in every way compared to other in that field. Now a days it's hard to give out 10's because "been there, done that" is so common that it's hard to even create something unique, you have to fight, and get nitty, and gritty, and take risks that don't always pay off.
Song of the Nightwalker/Yofukashi no Uta really stood out this once, in a genre that's honestly exceeded the life span of Manga itself. We've had stories about Dracula before this medium even was invented. The art of "you must fall in love to become a vampire" and the way they make mindless slaves, or the transformation of unwilling citizens has such a fresh vibe to it, that it keeps you reading. The way they introduce "different tastes of blood" instead of that over saturated "I just want to drink the blood of a virgin" style of story was amazing, they don't differentiate gender, they actually want the blood of someone who is no longer stressed, someone who is enjoying life. This is going to be long if I keep going, so take my word, when I give something a 10, I promise you, if you can hold up to the style of story it is without coming in with a negative view, you may not agree with my rating, but you will like it.
Art: 8/10
While it's not the most captivating, and seems almost juvenile and rushed, there's just something so captivating about this simplistic, childish, art style. The twiggy, long lines, the very obtuse direction each frame takes, really helps branch things out of the need for "curves, figures, and a round world." Once again it helps stand aside from the typical, by being unique, and almost "indie."
Character: 9/10
Each character is built with a direction, a purpose, a set of rules and guidelines that they never break. And often times this is actually the large problem in shows and manga, where a character breaks and bends their rules at the drop of a hat, and us the readers are sitting here wondering... but wait, in chapter 5, you said you'd NEVER do that. Our main character is a young naive boy, who is so innocent you wouldn't believe this was the 21st century. The female lead is a realistic, "I may not look my age, but damn can I act it." As she portrays an old perverted, un-aging vampire, who looks to jump between the youth, and the elderly that she encompasses. The rest of the cast each hold a small, but unique take on what its like to be underaged, or troubled, and offer a nice view of a world outside of the two characters.
Enjoyment: 8/10
This has truly been great so far, and as of today, I've seen where this story's peak is getting to, and I'm excited. I can't wait to see where this is going, and if this is going to be the end coming soon, I will still be satisfied as I know it'll deliver something worth sanctification over. I love the unique twists on the Vampire genre, I love the way the characters are grounded in their principals, I love the way the author has built something I can care about, real life struggles mixed in with fantasy.
Give this a read, if you're into non-intensive stories, with a plot that thickens over time, and a world that offers you some real world problems, as well as a fantasy twist on a genre you'd think was overdone, but can always offer you a brand new outtake.

Well, it's time for another seasonal Isekai. At this point we expect 1-2 each season, and if you aren't expecting that, you're a beautiful untainted flower. What we have here is pretty simple, a game-based Isekai, where you slowly gather members one by one, and build a party. Problem is every person is some broken member of society so they all have their own social-anxiety/personality disorders. There are plenty of unique twists that have kept me interested so far, but without spoiling, I figure we just get to the grading and you can decide if you want to give it a shot/continue watching.
Story: 7/10
It's an
...
Isekai, so I'll judge it based on that. We all know how most Isekai work, transport to another world/reincarnate/fantasy something something magic and swords. This one is no different, however there are some unique twists. For one, it involves some form of time-travel/time related elements. Another being that the way the system works is similar to something like Log Horzion, with a bit of death game tossed in. So far the story and plot look like they're going to be linear, and follow a straight line with maybe a few curve balls thrown here and there. However I'll hold out hope because of how the characters are, and the way they structured things like the Game Master, the world, the quest, the real world, and so on.
Art: 6/10
I'm going to just say this, it's nothing spectacular, it feels very formal and uniformed to the rest of Isekai anime, if not maybe it falls below ones like Re:Zero. Some of the art is nice, and the animations are easy to watch and fun, but at the end of the day, there was no way the animation is what kept me watching.
Sound: 6/10
It's fair because, for starters I'm a harsh when it comes to this category because sound helps emphasize everything. It can set the stage, the mood, hype you up, make you excited, sad, or elicit a multitude of emotions. This... Just barely passed the bar for "I like it." I can't recall any moments where I picked out the track, or really listened to the opening. For stuff like that I'd turn to Jujutsu Kaisen.
Character: 6/10
Man, what a flipping trope-fest we have here. My very first thoughts were "Oh cool, Edgier Kirito." And I wasn't wrong. Every single character has an overused trope-tag stamped onto their heads, the Chuuni, the Shy, the Damaged, the Edgy/Loner, you get the drift. I'm willing to bet that this will continue to pop up, and at some point we're either going to be hit with the Ditzy, Super cool, or Tsundere. That being said I've been too negative lately, so here's some good points if you stuck around this long:
Our MC doesn't fall that heavily into tropes, he's not being edgy to be edgy, he's just oblivious of how bad of a person he is. At first you think he's aware of it, then he hits you with this scene where you're wholly convinced he's not a bad person just misguided, and you kind of like him... Then he immediately erases that moment and goes back to being... Himself, lord Edgelord III. At this point he can go either way, good or bad, and I think it may be worth watching to see that.
Our supporting cast aren't a total train wreck either, I haven't mentioned this, but my favorite character is the true comic relief, the Game Master. He changes his voice, tone, and speech pattern each time, and does NOT know how to speak proper Japanese, for those reading subs, no that is NOT a typo on Sub.
Enjoyment: 6/10
I'm still on the fence, I didn't come out feeling strong, but I some how stuck around this far and will continue to see how far into it I go. Watch at your own discretion but remember, it takes a butt load of tropes, and tries to spin things on its own way. At least unlike other Isekai it's making an attempt. And when you try something new-ish, and do things your way, you either fail, or succeed.
Overall: 6/10
If you read this far, you should get what I'm trying to say. This one unlike many of my other reviews is a coin flip at this stage. You very well may not enjoy it because the characters are insufferable to you, the story is overdrawn and overused and you're sick of it, or some other reason. Maybe you'll like it cause you're an Isekai trash lover and you gobble this stuff down like Gigguk who will slave over a stove of anime-waifu to give us the best content he can.

You know, normally I write lengthy, informative reviews where I try to enlighten potential readers or current readers. People who want to know if it's good, or going to get better/worse. This will not be one of them, and if you looked at the score I gave it, you know why.
The intro alone set off some flags, and was more than in your face about its ecchi content, and what was to be. At no point does it try to hide, tame, or sprinkle it's perverted nature. To some that may be a good thing, but in this manga they shove it so far down
...
your throat you wonder if you have the worlds longest windpipe.
But HEY, at least the art is nice! Right? At least there's potential for some banger action or cool overpowered characters, yeah? Sadly, and I haven't done my research so I can't tell you why, no, it does not. Time to hit the fast forward button...
Story: 3/10
Cause man, you're obviously in another Isekai but they can't blatantly rip off every other isekai right? Well hold on, at first (excluding the cringy opening of blatant sex... appeal?) you have a plot that seems to have potential. What's that? Transported to another world?! Surely our MC will be given god pow... What he's normal? Oh awesome.
Give it a chapter. Then it spirals down from there into... Trash enjoyment? Pure sexual panels? It's such a weak plot, but there are worse plots out there..
Art: 3/10
It started out good, then it progressively gets worse and worse. I couldn't tell if the artists changed, or if they just stopped caring. What I do know is, I'm a huge fan of art and I believe a manga lives by two things; art and the characters they bring to life. 4/10 = Decent, so I can't even give it that.
Characters: 2/10
Its hard to give anything 1/10 because that would mean the author wants you to hate their work. You have a handful of overused tropes, trash characters, and "hey lets make them as sexual as can be... full stop." I cannot care about a single person in this, and that's a first. I'm usually lenient and can find one thing I love about any manga.
Enjoyment: 1/10
I tried, I enjoyed 1 chapter, kept reading hoping for something to develop and gave it the hope it didn't deserve. It failed every expectation, and I realized it was one of those manga's I kept reading because I already gave it so much time.
I wouldn't recommend this to even people I dislike.

Shikkakumon is pretty interesting. I don't normally start off my reviews that bland and boring, but it kind of fits in with what I'll say.
BUT first I'd like to say I have a pretty good nose for what's going to be adapted into anime, and I'd put my money within the next few years, this will see an adaptation.
As with everything I review, I read it once, up to date, then I go back and read it for review purposes. To see if I was jaded by anything, or if there was something I missed, and so on, because I believe a great manga
...
is great each time you read it. Not just the first time.
To quickly rehash the story: We follow Matthias, a reborn 'magician/adventurer' whom reached the peak of his limit in his previous life, but sought to challenge powers greater than anything he's seen before. Due to a system called "marks" he could only get so far, so he used a rare magic of reincarnation, and started anew. At the age of 8 he began to recall his memories, and was successful in gaining the type of mark he wanted. Now he begins an adventure to train back to his old strength, and reach past his old limits, while the world has changed immensely and lies and misconceptions spread across the world, but only Matthias knows the truth.
It sounds kind of cliche, and over used, but I promise you if you keep reading on you'll like what you hear.
Matthias world follows a set of rules, and laws that bind everyone down. Some anime like to break these laws and create characters who... Rule break. They can destroy worlds with a single thought, or do unspeakable thing that you think would end any situation they come across, or render everything pointless. Thankfully in Shikkakumon these rules are set and we get to enjoy a feast of adventures where it's not something as simple as "me strong, me break bad guys and bad things."
Our MC is now in a world where everything degraded, the knowledge of magic, swords, and sense have regressed. Our MC now has to gather a small crew of people (and one insanely strong handicapped klutz) to correct what is wrong with the world, and train them for the future.
The crest Matty dreamed of having is viewed as the weakest in the new world, and Matthias has to battle hand over fist to prove himself.
STORY: 7/10
While it's not entirely a new concept, the way they take this fantasy-based work which involves reincarnation, has a few unique twists. While normally you think "old man in a young body, can probably destroy a town with a fireball" Matthias cannot, he's still stuck in a child's body, with the child's limitations. He has to also train his party from their inept misunderstanding about the world and their powers.
We're given a basic story premise, and through some very awesome artwork, and even more awesome story-telling, given something that slowly grows into an exciting chapter-to-chapter read. Within the first few chapters you're given a brief look at the vast difference between eras, my favorite scene was at the blacksmith, where their reaction to our MC's actions made them go nuts. However Matty reminds the readers that decent blacksmiths in his time did 10x what he did. It truly puts the differences in perspective.
That isn't to say this is without faults, SnSK suffers from what most manga of this genre do lately. There are periods where it stagnates and gets incredibly dull. My problems also stem from how fast things progress in the start, it's clear how fast the story progressed, jumping from the examination, to some major story crisis in a matter of seconds. There is some common sense lacking here, but it can always been overlooked due to its fantasy elements.
You get hyped up and excited very easily as you follow the story, in no way does it slack. I may have ragged on and lost some breath explaining everything, but remember, this is fantasy, and our protagonist is a bad ass with knowledge at his side.
ART: 7/10
My story review may have been long winded, so I'll keep this short. The art is very captivating, fun, and beautiful. I really love the shading and drawings that go into each panel. It's easy to follow, and fun when it wants to be. There's tons of improvements it could make. It's not ground breaking or genre-shattering.
CHARACTER: 7.5/10
So here's where I struggle the most in deciding things. On one hand, you have a crazy main character who breaks the current worlds logic, and that's always fun. On the other hand, there are so many overused tropes that it's also mind-boggling, and makes you worry this is just one of thousands of manga in this genre. It's not though, the MC Matthias sets himself apart with his wit, quick to the point comments, and attitude. He's cocky, but not overly-so, while most people view him as unreasonable, he seems to be firmly rooted in his own reason and logic, with limitations he knows well.
The supporting cast is where it lacks, they seem one dimensional and more or less backdrops for now, even though it seems a lot of care and time is poured into 'developing them.' Some characters you can't help roll your eyes at.
Then you have my personal favorite character Iris. Whom you run into early, and should have lots of fun following.
Our MC never once stops breaking what is viewed as common sense, even for a second.
ENJOYMENT: 8/10
As a lover of this genre, and especially the sub-genre of reincarnation/fantasy, I'm a huge fan. I don't care for Isekai very much, because it separates already grounded fantasy-world's logic, and crushes them using modern-day Earth/Japan's logic.
I found this to be a fun manga, and unique in the sense of fantasy, at least just enough to keep me hooked. Even in my 2nd read through, I found myself paying closer attention to everything and smiling.
OVERALL: 7/10
No manga is perfect, except a small few. However what is most important is can you enjoy it? Are you willing to read dozens, if not hundreds of chapters? In that sense, I give this one a yes, I can and I will.

I really want to give this a better score, but I'm on the collective side of critics. I felt like I was part way into an anime, and had no idea what I was watching was a movie.
I'm not sure if they have plans to make more of this, I know there's an on-going manga being published, but seeing a 3-part episodic Movie had me tilting my head: Was this it? Why did it feel like they set up 2 vast worlds for us, and then delivered... Basically nothing but bits and pieces of story.
Story: 7/10
Solid 7 at that, because while it's fun, unique, creative,
...
and leaves open a world of exploration and inventive creative ideas... At the end of the day, what we got was. 2 worlds, hundreds of questions, and no answers in sight for most of them. It's like they showed us this click-bait Youtube title, and then in side of it, we only got a small taste, and they said "that's all you get." I'm yearning for more, it's made me want to read the manga, so that's a plus in its favor, but beyond that... Man what an underwhelming performance on something that felt like it could be insanely awesome.
Art: 8/10
It's always good when I'm trying to find a way to start a critique on art, and I'm finding myself rewriting, deleting, and rethinking what I'd like to post here. So this is what you get instead. It was beautiful, it gave me these great Bleach vibes (I enjoyed the Bleach artwork very much.) The animation was smooth, I had very little issues with any of it, aside from their 'witch kits'.. Being horns? Guns? Wands? I'm split on that at the moment.
TL;DR wow, it was enjoyable to watch this art style.
Sound: 6/10
I'm very harsh on sound tracks, and audio. If you have a lot to work with, a good studio backing, or scenes that have potential to blow up with the right tracks, and effects, I'm going to hold it against your show if it fails to deliver. At no point did I ever go "wait what is this track called? Wow I need to check this artist out to follow more of their work" It failed to stand out. But it wasn't unbearable.
Characters: 6.5/10
I enjoyed the sassy, mixed with the stoic, the charming male character who just seems to be the air head of the group. There was some fun chemistry, but that's where the line mostly stops. You have no background for these characters, you're given the most shallow information on people that we're made to watch over an hour of. What's worse is they dangle small tid bits of information in front of you face, where you expect them to come out and elaborate on. Like my qualms with most shows in this filed... Potential wasted.
Enjoyment: 6.5/10
I enjoyed it almost 60% of the way through, and then the other 40% I was left sitting around wondering... And?! ... Please give me something more... Did you just show me an array of characters and do jack with all?
Overall a solid 6.5/10 for this one. I summarized all I'd like to say in my points above for those looking for a serious TL;DR: Wasted potential, no character presence, just chemistry. The story was lacking even though I had such high hopes. The artwork is it's biggest saving grace in my personal opinion, and ... That's about it.

Much like the other reviews, I cannot begin to say how insanely good this Manwha/Webtoon is, and if things go well with Crunchyroll during their test runs on Tower of God, God Of High School, and Noblesse, I can see a future anime adaptation for Weak Hero.
This is everything you want, in a cold, exciting, action read. The scenes are brutal, the emotions are real, things are so grounded in reality, you can almost imagine them happening right in front of your eyes.
Story: 9/10
At no point does the story of Weak Hero fall short (for the most part.) Even when we take cuts into peoples
...
pasts, or turtle in between 'arcs' you still get a nice strong fill of emotion, action, and set up. The story is RICH, you have angst, sorrow, happiness, excitement, you name it, it can deliver it. There are times where you will feel sad, this Manwha delivers are rich amount of real life tragedies that affect us all, and it really drives home how traumatizing some of it is. It doesn't shirk away from scary topics like suicide, bullying, gang-affiliation and the fear that comes with it. It's more than just an action book, its a full-blown story with its own world and development.
Art: 8/10
As it's a Webtoon/Manwha you'll get your simple art, simple panel to panel, sometimes only speech bubbles. However where this Manwha excels is in the fight department. Sure it delivers on peoples emotional reactions, and dramatic scenes. But when it comes to Gray and his style of fighting, oh man, will it send shivers down your spine and hook you into it. Gray is not a clean fighter, and the ideas that pop out of the Authors head are captivating. I promise you one thing, if you read it, you'll imagine an animated version of it. Each moment really captivates the emotions and actions that are happening.
Characters: 9/10
It's hard to talk about the other subjects without touching down on how phenomenal each character is. They all have a unique character trait, no one protagonist is the same as the other, and they draw well upon one another, like a well tuned machine, or a puzzle. You get great character depth, astounding development, and you can really get down and understand what each one is thinking.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I don't give this rating out often, but I found my niche love. Every time I see someone stare into the eyes of 'White Mamba' after they know who he is, the drawn work of art really lets me see the fear they have.
Whenever you go to the next chapter, you can see the evolution of art style, drawing, ad character development. You jump on the journey of a growing Artist/Story Teller, and their work is a smash hit. I can't stress how much I recommend this.
Overall: 9/10
Read it, if you like action mixed in with dramatic story telling. Enough said.

When you want to rate something, usually you read it more than once, because the first read through is as a pure reader: Man I've never seen this, I can't wait for what this Manga/Book has in store for me. But then you have the second read either because you liked it a lot, want to see what you missed, or you're trying to critique it.
My first read-through (up to date) was pretty jaded. I enjoyed it, I thought the main character was cool, strong (but not that stupid "I'm at the level of god" strong). level-headed and down to earth, and an enjoyable person,
...
to a degree. I didn't dwell on any plot holes, or weird turns, I just took in what Hitsuji Gamei gave us. Which I enjoyed. It hit straight 8's across the board.
My second read through however didn't mirror those sentiments. I caught trope after trope, error after error. "Character from another world goes to an adventurers guild takes a test... Can you guess what happens?" Yeah... You can. HOWEVER, I liked it a lot. They didn't go into some crazy 3rd or 4th adventure, currently the story is still mostly linear, and staying on track with the story.
Story: 7/10
I liked some of the unique twists on an already abused and wrung out genre like Isekai. They covered up some plot points like "Why is someone strong from another world" or "Why does one protagonist not want to join a war for the summoners." And while not all of it is cleared right away, it's logical how Suimei defends his reasoning.
The story doesn't stray off often, and while its setting up for some comical harem, you can enjoy the story without having it shoved down your throat.
All that said, it still is lacking in a bunch of areas and could be ironed out.
Art 8/10:
The artwork is more or less impressive. It doesn't feel like anything incredibly unique, however each panel is drawn well and utilizes the imagination of the writer well. I would not say that it's lacking much other than originality and that special something that separates a great piece of art, from a phenomenal one.
Characters: 7.5/10
The characters truly make a story, more so than any other elements in Isekai. You don't read/watch Konosuba for the world, you do it for the characters. Suimei is a very easy to follow lead. He mostly uses "logic" for his actions, and doesn't fall to many of the bottom-tier Isekai trope traits that many do. Is he some what overpowered? Yes. But he does struggle and isn't some kind of one man vs the world super weapon.
You don't really get a feel for many of the other characters, Stingray is... Like a loyal dog, cute and lovable, Suimei's2 friends are.. At the moment super one-dimensional. And Lefille seems to have a great chance at developing.
Enjoyment: 7/10
So far I'm enjoying this, the long waits between releases leaves some anxious feelings, however at the end of the day it's a more unique spin on the "Summoned From Modern Japan" and I can get behind that. I never felt like my time was being wasted while reading.
Overall 7/10:
I can see myself continuing to read this, as of the date I wrote this, there was about 28 chapters out. I reread it 3 times, and still enjoyed the story and art each time. I do recommend you read it. if you can stomach the usual Isekai nonsense.

Let's quickly get this out of the way, if you're trying to read something with a great depth-filled story you've made the wrong choice. This is a wonderful Slice Of Life, that warms your heart and makes you go "Wow this is so cute, and lovable." As far as Slice of Life manga's go, this one hits all the points for a cute, romantic, fast& easy read needs. Uchi No Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi (Or My Company's Small Senpai) is the perfect casual read, for those that want the moe and cute reactions.
Art: 8/10
It's not the most complex art, but its simplicity and
...
art style draw out the type of Slice of Life this is. It's cute, adorable, easy to follow, and elicits that "aww" reaction that it's aiming for. Saiso did a great job flipping from the full drawn panel, to comical/cutely drawn panels. Reading panel, had me falling for the characters.
Character: 10/10
In a Slice of Life, this is one of the factors that decide if it's good or not. To be completely honest, if I was being a serious critic, I'd mark it as an 8-9, and maybe even a 7. Because the characters aren't profound, there isn't any real backstory. However since this is for a Slice of Life, web comic, where each chapter is around 7 panels long, I'm going to rate the characters based off of that.
You can fall in love with each characters innocent and cute reactions, the blushing scenes are filled with that good "moe" and innocence that tons of Japanese comics throw ecchi in these days (not to say there aren't some perverted moments). You fall in love with Shinozaki and his senpai, Shiori Katase, fast. And you even get attached and involved with his other coworker/bosses relationship, their personalities and reactions all hit home with what you'd look for in a short, simple, and sweet sit-down read.
Story: 4/10
There is no real story, not that I expected any. You start off immediately seeing your main character sick in bed, and things just shift around with mentions from the past chapter with each on-going chapters. However there is no real development aside from relationships, and 1-2 character introductions. You just peer into the day to day lives of Shinozaki and Shiori, and enjoy the scenes that you're given.
Enjoyment: 9/10
I wasn't looking for anything crazy. I didn't want a heavy story, I didn't want arcs after arcs of developing worlds. When I picked this book up, I was expecting something super cute, with maybe a tiny story development and lovable characters. I got most of what I expected and had hoped for, and they even gave me more in terms of the characters and art. It was cute, and that's all I have to say. Its a fast read, so you never feel like you wasted time (unless you just plain hate this kind of read.)
Overall I'd give it an 8/10. As this is a slice of life, that's why it got the scores it got, I didn't base this on comparison of other manga's like Naruto, Jojo, Berserk, or Great Teacher Onizuko. As I've already state, this was very cute, I got the emotions the characters portrayed, and enjoy each time a chapter comes out so I can sit down for 1-2 minutes of reading.
