Another cheat skill ecchi genderbend isekai, another day.

This one is another generic genre, but it's relatively enjoyable.
There is a bit of ecchi, but it's not overloaded (...yet)

The art is clean and easily recognizable as a fantasy manga and the MC is relatively likeable and generic. The character designs aren't anything noteworthy so far.

It's always somewhat enjoyable to see an OP character relaxing in the middle of nowhere not realising their own power, but it's a bit too overdone and now it's not anything special. It helps that this manga doesn't take itself seriously and drops some lighthearted jokes sometimes.

This Is Screwed Up, but My God This Manga SUCKS

What is the point of this manga, exactly, Ashi-sensei? Showing us how adept you are at wasting Uchiuchi Keyaki's artistic talent on food instead of hentai? Demonstrating your vast swaths of cooking know-how that you probably Google immediately prior to writing the script for every chapter? Do you just hate your readers?

What really enrages me about this manga (other than seeing an artist I really like waste his talent on this) is that the entire experience feels like an exercise in cynicism from the writer. There's no real story, even though they continually pretend as though ... there is. Every so often, the writer will hint at the backstory behind our woefully overpowered, genius protagonist (who's perfect in almost every way, by the way) and make it seem as though there's some sort of story that he'll get to at some point. Trust me, there is not. Every single chapter seems to inevitably and invariably devolve into an incredibly shitty food manga where the characters just endlessly waffle on and on about how good and perfect MC-chan's food is, causing an instant foodgasm every time anything she makes touches their palettes. It's fine the first time. 7 millionth times later? Yeah... it just gets a tiny bit boring, you know?

We might get a chapter with some sort of action or fight sequence every so often, but any dilemma is over pretty much instantly because MC-chan is an omniscient, omnipotent god who has the answer to everything and knows pretty much everything ABOUT everything. Even better is that besides being monstrously powerful herself, she has two immensely powerful beast companions to help her solve said dilemmas even faster! After the daily problem is solved, of course, we then go right back to the contradictory, meandering monotony of MC-chan cooking food, whining about how she just wants to be left alone and then doing absolutely everything she can to get everyone to continually harass her.

This manga has everything it needs to tell a somewhat decent story and it just NEVER DOES. A traumatic backstory with a genderbent MC who has to make his way in a completely foreign world? Nah, who cares about any of that? Let's just do isekai Shokugeki no Souma except worse and give the MC the ability to create basically everything out of nothing. After over 50 chapters of this bullshit, I'm just tired, man. I keep reading, waiting and hoping that Ashi-sensei will eventually get to the point but it just NEVER HAPPENS. Why? I'm really starting to think that the only reason this manga exists is as a cynical cash grab and that there was never any good faith attempt at writing a decent story from the start.

I really liked At the start but then the more I read, the more I realised the plot is pretty meh. I like at the start how she has to work hard, despite having nothing, and worked her way up into living comfortably. But after that the plot becomes flat and the entire series just becomes about cooking, similar to Camp-fire cooking anime. And you keep reading for it to get good again, only to realise the only reason you stayed was because she was horny. And the fanservice from the earlier chapters seem absolutely non existent later on. I was blinded by the Honry ... and gave this a 9 a few years ago as it was one of the first few manga's I've read, and if I compare to the recently goated anime and manga I've consumed. This ends up as Fast Food trash. Only read this to pass time

This is basically a slice of life manga like `campfire cooking`, but with a really OP protagonist.
There is no plot. MC reincarnates into a orphan's body who is almost dying in the forest and inherits her memories too. He realizes that her life would be sad and exploited by adults if she returned home. Instead, she decides to live alone, and eventually travel to other places (similar to any adventure isekai). From that point, its just her daily routine and journey with some occasional food/fights.

Here's the rough overview that most people care about:
1. Ecchi: its there in tiny amounts and not really worth ... it. The raunchiest scenes come out of her dream in chapter 3 or chapter 4. And the rest of teh series is just her bathing or sleeping naked or off-screen masturbating. She is super super cute, and the art really carries this manga hard.
2. Food: Again, not much. Its there occasionally where she tries new food or makes recipes with isekai meat. eg: orc meat or horned rabbit meat etc..
3. Lore: lmao.. what would you expect? Its the same routine middle ages setting, so that our MC can piss all over others by using their modern knowledge. The whole magic system is also the usual copypasta video game stats based design.
4. Hook: The guy turning into girl is pointless and only there for the catchy title. You could have a girl reincarnating as the girl and nothing changes really. I guess she likes masturbating a lot and looking at her own great figure provides some easy stimulation.
5. OPness: She has creation magic and huge timeless inventory inside which she can compose and decompose things. eg: store an animal's body and extract its fur/bones/meat separately in a clean way. Pretty much a god if she uses more than 2 brain cells.
6. MC: The design is pretty cute. But the IQ is negative. This requires a special paragraph dedicated for it.

MC keeps saying that if anyone found out about her stats, she will be captured and exploited by some rich scum. But, she also reveals her strength *so many times* that its not even funny. For someone with an adult's intelligence, she barely displays any caution or maturity. Its been infuriating every time she decides to help some random stranger using her OP powers which could jeopardize her whole life. Sometimes, she outright reveals about her secret powers out loud during a conversation without thinking it through. Dumb protagonists are really trash and it seriously wanted me to drop the series at times.

Overall
The manga offers nothing new. Let me repeat myself. The manga really offers nothing new. Its just another Isekai with an OP MC, but as we are following a female protag, we get some nice horny scenes. If you want something new or proper ecchi or entertainment, do not pick this manga up.
But, generic slow-life Isekai have their place. Its comforting to read when you are bored and not in the mood for a "proper" story/emotional ride. As a slow-life Isekai, this manga is "good enough" and the art makes it an easy read.

Absolutely atrocious. This might be the laziest isekai manga ever made. MC wakes up, and within the first chapter is a literal god. No explanation for anything. No backstory whatsoever. MC has the power to create anything just by thinking it. MC can cure any disease. MC can defeat any demon. MC has all the powers in the universe but decides to randomly walk around and clean peoples clothes and make sandwiches. MC is insufferable and acts like an idiot the entire series. Every single joke has been done a thousand times before in better manga. All characters only exist to tell the MC how ... great he is. The action will put you to sleep. Would never recommend this to anyone.

it could be better

i read this manga while being depressed for the first time i thouth it was pretty good then but my jugement wasn't to the fullest. I basicly bing read all chapter which was about 89 chapters then idk how much now and i know how many more there are now since its been over 5 months i read it for the first time. I read it again a couple days ago 77 chapters and the plot is missing its as fun as it could be. knowing the artist i was expecting more "scenes" but its bland on that part. i like the ... fact that theres cooking envolved and that its a slow life and slice of life. theres just not enough content.

It's really hard to like this manga unfortunately, and the way stuff goes, like pacing and story just makes it worse. The start was extremely promising, a nice setup of a super smart MC that wasn't just your average high schooler for once, and with the ability to create stuff out of... nothing? Okay sure, maybe this will come in handy later and the MC creates many things with it.... only for that power to be completely forgotten and never used again, wow.

So not only does the MC NOT use it's most overpowered ability, it also turns into a boring food manga with every chapter ... being about what great food the MC knows to make, woe is me. And the story, oh lord the story, it is going at a snails pace, if you can even call it a story in the first place, it's a nothingburger, just some shoddy "let's train our skills" episodes that end in making food.

Not recommended, reading only with dread now hoping for a change.
