High school team sport mangas. Not only do the two main characters have a similar relationship, there are many similarities to be seen in side characters too (e.g. the split personality captain, kind giant, popular-with-the-ladies rival...). Apart from that they have the same atmosphere to them and recurring themes i.e. improving teamwork, meeting opponents that used to be teammates in middle school...

Sports series with unnaturally talented characters and questionable physics.

Both the manga include a main character that is underestimated and look down upon, but later showing there skills and surprising everyone, also developing friendship and trust The main characters have different skills and abilities in basketball.

Same type of sports. Basketball!!!

Somewhat similiar. Both are somewhat "over-the-top" shonen sport animes with lots of special moves and special abilities. Kuroko is somewhat more serious than ES21, but the main difference is that in Kuroko the main character starts out incredibly powerful.

Both are sport manga where main character looks kind of weak, but he has special qualities that make him very good. Loads of action going on during matches. Good art in both of them. Kuroko is about basketball and Baby Steps is about tennis. Kuroko is more action-packed while Baby Step has more romance.

Both series are about basketball as the main male character faces off against powerful opponents throughout their journey. Rivalries and relationship development among various characters are expected. And from those developments, the MC also learns more about the game itself. Recommended for people interested in basketball mixed with interpersonal relationships.

Basically the same thing except Meister is a soccer team and Kuroko no Basket is basketball. But same basis with a new kid on the team and all.

Both are awesome sport mangas with amazing art for their respective years. The brief summary is that a weak-looking guy turns out to have a hidden potential for a secert skill in the sport they play, and they start to play in competitions. I love both, but KnB is apparently a lil' more popular.

Both are sports manga that have some kind of psychological aspect to it and are focused on new players on a team. While KnB has many characters which are nearly inhumanly talented, there is still a whole lot of thinking going on and you can actually see what's being done instead of it just being this-guy-did-something-super-amazing-but-hell-if-i-know why. One Outs is a bit more about a guy who IS talented, but not because he can do amazing physical feats- more like mental ones, although it's not like he can't do both. If you thought One Outs was pretty nice but didn't like the old art style (it  read more

Both about sports, passion, deep friendship, guts and drive to achieve anything.

Both are of basketball, with supernatural abilities, including emotion and pleasure.

Kuroko no Basket and Blue Lock are sports manga. What makes those two similar is that both has some kind of "superpower" system that make those two unrealistic.

Both main character has unique ability that makes their opponent surprises. While in kuroko his ability more related to inborn talent, the main character in harigane service achieve that from training over and kver

basketball, both of them.

Basketball, that's what these two series are about, they also deal with "new" players and school basketball teams which need to prove themselves against others. Through struggles here and there they manage to get through. Some characters are pretty similar, just as some matches and particular scenes.

Bleach and Kuroko no Basuke have a lot of similarities, even thought they pretty different in concept. Both of them have some sort of supernatural elements, every character have his own uniqe ability and it all filled with similar type of humor. Some characters personalities and even their design sometimes looks really alike. Both features bishonens, so if you read it solely for pretty boys, you won't be disapointed.

For Kikuro fans *deadpans* Haha jk, but if Kuroko really was a girl it seems plausible. Both mangas have an 'invisible' main character who shines in their own way. The hero in FG reminds me of Kise. Like, I mean, a lot. They're both models, act very clingy, and honestly KisesoundslikethetypetofanboywhileShiroudefinitelyis. *takes deep breath* Also, I'm pretty sure I saw a Murisakibara look alike.

Sports mangas with overpowered teens. Compared with them an all times all stars team is nothing.

Sports manga with a devilish female manager.

Shounen-oriented series about basketball.

Lead actor has a hidden talent as well but with different themes - one talks about basketball whereas the other talks about magic.
